Glam, I worry what people think when I'm feeding Rhys - with him being so little, I mean  I'm waiting for some opinionated oik to come over and tell me I shouldn't be feeding my "four" month old crumpets or chips :p :rotfl:

Aw, what do you think you would say?

I was getting funny looks in a coffee shop last week cos I gave Jack some of my cake and dipped my finger in mt hot chocolate for him - it could have been just because he was being a noisy !!!!!!!

    Well said!
Its all about not shoving views so far down peoples throats you kick off the gag reflex ;)
Although dieting is one of those things where unless people are being told that they are disgusting for being fat, it all gets taken fairly light heartedly anyway, to be fair :) but I know exactly what you mean!

I was just taking advantage of you being here (I miss you!!) and actually being MSE since you tempted me into buying the chocolate for them and it's been sat in the fridge ever since. Too rich to just eat so I need to do something with it ;):p

Anyway, how are you? How's Seth? How is working more days going? :)
  • Cream cheese and pineapple with black pepper is lush!

I do exercise Sami, it's just that at the moment I undo it all by pigging out too much.

SM - oh fresh pineapple ages since I had it, would it be ok with the pre-prepped but not in tins pineapple? A whole pineapple would go to waste before Katie and I could eat it all.

Glam - If we order a hot chocolate with cream - we don't get the cream Katie has it. It's how I discovered her first tooth, the spoon scraped it when I was feeding her the cream!

    Free cup from HV?

In fact, should I be seeing my HV? Haven't had a home visit since the one after Andrew came home. I take him to clinic for weighing, and they always ask how I'm doing and whether I've got any other problems. But should I be having home visits too? (with free sippy cups? :D )

Amber is the only one I have seen the HV with! The boys were under consultant care so only saw the HV for jabs. She didn't bother doing the checks etc as problems would show up and she would have to refer to the consultant, but they were already under one bla bla bla.

However, if you find your local drop in clinic and go along, or call your GP and ask to meet your HV, you can get one then. But it's only a cheap little cup, actually I have another one if you want it!

Tara, I meant to say, after Chris had pneumonia, it took a few months for him to completely recover and he was 18 months.
