Will try one or the other along with some teething powder and see how we go.

These new dirty nappies will take some getting used to.... :-)

Yeah, after Christophers sparkly sequin nappy, nothing surprises me.

Oh! If she has banana, don't panic! The brown strands that look like worms are just bits of banana :rotfl:

Could weaning be causings C's sleepless nights?

Most definitely!! J started waking up at night within about a week of starting weaning and is only just starting to sleep better again - 12 weeks later! Sorry if that wasn't what you wanted to hear!
I spent the first 6 weeks blaming teeth and reflux but I really do think it was the food.
    I'm scared

I have Elliot in my room with me for the first time, I'm scared I won't be able to look after him on my own.

Stuart just left and I cried for 20 minutes.

I am missing him so much, since I had Elliot Ive had a massive surge of love for OH. Thats not to say I didn't love him before, but when I was pregnant I couldn't be bothered wih any of it relationship wise, now I feel so much love I did't think it was possible. Has anyone else felt that?

Yes - although it soon wears off

You will be fine with Elliot - it just comes naturally. You are his mummy :)

Oh aye, forgot to comment on the nappies bit. K is a gannet and eats loads of food and goes about 4 or 5 times a day! All firm now so if hes sitting doing it in his chair and I go to change him its like a tobelerone!
    LOL and very smelly.

How about a teething gel if you don't fancy a full on medicine?

Oh the nappies get very interesting. Don't forget, solid poos can roll :rotfl:

Oh yes and when they've been done in the bath they are very slippery

OH said J had done the stinkest poo ever whilst I was out - to prove it he had left open dirty nappy on the nursery floor
It was nowhere near as stinky as they usually are!

Caitlyn's had barely any solids and a lot of breastmilk for the last couple of days... She had a lovely yellow non wiffy liquid newborn nappy today... Made such a welcome change from the usual bum nuggets we get...

KOAG, well done on getting him all to yourself, make the most of it before you go home and have to share him with OH and well meaning visitors!!

BM, Aimee's been exposed to chicken pops loads of times and never had them... I'm not going out of my way to get her to catch them, just because you had them once doesn't mean you won't get them again so there's no point making her ill on purpose if she might just get ill again anyway...

Beenie, fairies came today. Thank you! We're on the last nappy tonight so Hubby's off to town in the morning to buy more... Anyone know who's got the best pampers deal on at the moment?
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

kindof, i remember that lovey dovey thing, but i didnt get it so much after jasmine, infact i was a right moody cow and told him to go home from the hosp at visiting time , but then i did feel guilty an hour later and rang him to come back:o

you know with the babies poo thing dont they get worse when they are teething too, i dont understand the logic in this but mine have always had bad nappies when cutting a tooth,

I'd have weed in the bath too ;)

Seth toddled all alone and I cried :o he went from the armchair on one side of the room to the sofa on the other, a good few steps, and its the first time he did it without one of us holding him to start off :D he is most pleased with himself!
