I'm back, well really I got back on Tuesday but I've been avoiding you all! Not really, just been busy but couldn't keep away for long as I miss you all too much. Saw Weezles news - CONGRATULATIONS! All sounds good :) Anything else I've missed?

The holiday was a success, it was amazingly easy fitting Erin into everything we wanted to do on and the women with their baps out by the pool made me feel much more comfortable breast feeding! Can recommend boots swim seat, banana boat baby sun block and baby banz hats, all proved very useful, the baby banz glasses though weren't as good as Erin hated wearing them and her cousin kept pulling his off. Easy jet were good to fly with and anyone with kids under 5 gets to go on straight after the speedy boarders so we were able to get good seats.

Need to find out how to start weaning Erin now, she kept trying to eat all my food when on holiday and has now sucked various fruits and an ice lolly :o

Welcome back Jenny. Glad you had a good time. Kindof and EA both had babies (unless that happened before you left), but Kindof's Elliot is still in hospital as he needed oxygen but looks to be improving.

JHA - nice to see you are still around. How are you and your baby girl (Orit-Rhian I think)?

MM - I am going to Nottingham next Friday for the weekend! We are staying at the Hilton so check it out and tell me it's nice please!

Elle, that second double you linked to would be a nightmare to get up and down kerbs with a toddler that low on the front... I strapped my changing bag on the footrest of the oyster as a trial run once (didn't want it dangling on Caitlyn's legs) and that was hard enough...

EA, everyone has everything pretty much covered tonight... I'm sorry your midwife wasn't more supportive, do give the number in my sig a call if you want someone to offload on... And my pm box is always open too :)

    Well done Mr MM! :D

I just ordered me a new netbook :D:D:D Can't believe it won't come until the 12th April though... I want it now!!! Got a dentist appointment on that day too, hope it comes early!

Where do you put the changing bag on the Oyster? (this is it, yes?)

Our Chicco pushchair has little hooks to hold the bag strap, and it just fits easily over the handle of the SX pram, though I can't remember quite how cos I haven't used it in a while :o

Yes that's it. Since I found it really difficult to manouver with the bag on the footrest I just hang it over the handle.... It's kind of a non-slip material so it doesn't slide down anyway... (my bag has unbuilt elastic straps for putting around the frame which is how I attached it to the footrest but I just use the carry strap to hang it off the handle, it's easier...)

Is that what everyone's raving about lately? I've never looked at the links before. That one above has won the Mother and Baby Mag "Best Newborn Sleep Aid" gold award :)
