    Good morning :)

Thanks sami I'm glad of a new thread I feel less catch up guilt now :rotfl:

Like TssTss I would love an update if anything earth shattering has happened, and hello welcome back Tss :D

Sami/glam. No fairies yet, not me being rude and not saying thanks:). Sorry your lovely generosity has been sabotaged by poor customer service :(

I posted a bit less frequently of late because I felt I have been a bit of a moaner with the sleepless and work stress thing. Also I was a bit scaredy to read some of the chat about labour and poorly babies at the moment, knowing that's the kind of thing that makes me emotional at the moment. I just wanted to explain that in case anyone thought it was anything sinister or going off in a huff or something :rotfl:

I shall be back chatting more normally after Kester comes I'm sure!

His head is very engaged now, so it feels like it could be soon.:)
The consultant said to DH, 'I suggest you finish the nursery this weekend'.:rotfl:

Weezl - I understand how you feel, it is easier to chat about none baby/emotional stuff isn't it? I tend to be doing all sorts of practical stuff like car/pram buying and planning camping trips, and looking at lots of lovely new camping gear! I do hope Kester waits a little longer, until after Fergie's birthday would be nice wouldn't it!!

I haven't been posting much either, just little posts now and then as we are going through a few things and I don't really want to talk about it (it is mainly dh's personal stuff, so not for me to share)

DKAM - For what it's worth I would also offer 1250/1300....My car was advertised for £2700 no tax, I ended up paying £2500 and getting 6mths thax put on (£104) so I was quite happy with that. We can't really afford to buy a car atm but obviously NEED a 7seater now so I was trying to spend as little over what my car is worth, that way I don't have to put much to it (should get £1800/£2000 for our car)

Sami - Glad dh will be home in a few days, not long to wait now:)

:eek::eek: mel you're amazing! :D Do you mean before or after baby comes?

Hope DH's personal stuff resolves/is ok soon.

How are you physically at the moment? It's exhausting lifting Ferg with the bump all day, are you getting that with K?

do you feel you have all the practical stuff sorted now, and do you think I ought to have bought anything by now? :o:rotfl:

Becles, I might have a spare book light somewhere, do you want me to see if I can find it?

I'd appreciate that if you can find it - thanks very much xx

Strange night. Had just got into bed last night and heard Charlotte shouting. Lay a minute then heard footsteps on the landing so I got up. Found James sleep walking on the landing and he kept asking what time it was, and Charlotte was fast asleep in bed and shouting for Josh :rotfl:

Off for my fasting bloods this morning. Hope they can find a vein and get some. I've really missed my mug of coffee and looking forward to having one when I get home.

Finishing off my uni essay today and will be submitting it later. I've been mentally writing it in my sleep again and have woken up with some more ideas to put in it. Writing about the organisational culture at Royal Mail, with reference to Mintzberg's 5P's of strategy and his management strategy schools. Once I get that done, I've got a business plan to write before Saturday. Mental times!
Here I go again on my own....

Planning on camping before and after:) will just have to see how I feel at the time.

I am also starting to find it hard lifting Kai now, especially carrying him up the stairs but other than that I am absolutely fine thank you for asking. I don't really think you need to buy much/anything. Ii imagine you still have all Fergie's stuff anyway, and got a double sorted, so I think you are set......as long as you have bought a nice new set of bottles ready and some milk then baby will be happy:D

eta - Only practical stuff I have bouht are the two BIG things, car and pushchair...I haven't bought anything else. A lady at the school I talk to kindly gave me two bin bags full of girls clothes though:)
