    Glam I don't kno about soup pasta but I spotted mini pasta shells in sainsburys yest that were only a teeny bit bigger than the baby pasta ones if that helps??

    Thomas was constipated and wanting to be fed every 2 hours and was in pain with the constipation , and after reading up lots people recommended Aptamil that's why I changed .
