keely could you request a 24hr monitor? my mum n granddad have to have them once a year, you have to go to the hosp 2 days in a row but it may help you proove its white coat syndrome :)

My husband agrees with that, when i was put on meds last time to lower my bp-they didnt actually do anything. I think it doesn't matter what meds they give me, if i'm all tensed up and panicking my bp will be high anyway.

I'm def going to ask for more tests before i am shoved on meds again.

    keely.

Aww thanks all, pigpen i'd just blend in amongst your brood you wouldn't even notice i was there :D

pinknico i'm glad you've stepped out of lurkdom, i really don't think i could be a serial lurker without wanting to post, there's usually something i want to stick my beak into :rotfl:

I hated every second of it, and breathed a sigh of relief when he'd gone. I felt like i was wasting his time, but at the same time i want my ex to know that i'm not going to stand back and take it. It's not the first time but it was definitely the last. I still have a huge soft spot for him and wished he could be nice so we could be together but he won't change i think i'm finally starting to realise that.

Beenie.. the way I'm feeling tonight you might not want to stay here.. but it is a place a safety where he cannot find you should you need it! Actually if you were here I'd probably be sat crying on you right now :p

Just having a mini breakdown in the not-so-quiet of my own hovel!

I just slapped my 5 year old.. and yelled at my 9 year old.. and threw my 12 year old out of my room where I wanted to hide from them all...

I think I have my second migraine coming on in 2 weeks!
