Nope, your house is ripe for developement, I sat in your kitchen working out where it would all go!I could see the sun streaming in your new kitchen windows with patio doors at the back out to a huge barbeque area for Chris.

We were talking about moving earlier today actually.. Plan is to look to sell up in three years time, by which time hopefully we'll have enough paid off the charging order to still have enough left over for a deposit for somewhere else. I'd really love to move to the village I grew up in, but house prices can be silly there
I do love how close this house is to everything - you can be in the town centre, about six retail parks or about four supermarkets all within ten minutes drive - only problem is it's near some really rough schools that I cringe at the thought of Rhys going to

I'd love to move but there's no way my house would sell... There's one just down the side of mine (I'm on the end and theres a pathway with some houses facing the side of mine) going for silly money and nobody has bought it, £62,500!!!
There was a house down the road that would have been perfect for us and was in our price range too... that was 3 bed with a study and a utility... I'd love a spare room and a utility!!
Caz, did you watch it in 3D? I'd love to see a 3D film but Dave's blind in one eye so can't see in 3D... I'd imagine if you're not watching through the glasses it's all blurred is it?
Anyway.. Bed time, here's to getting woken up early for presents then going back to sleep for an hourA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

That's not snobby, that's natural. It's why we moved here. The primary is the best in Devon, came out the top of hundreds. DS1's school is outstanding too, again one of the best in Dorset. Too flippen right.
What's the charging order?Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
.. What's the charging order?
A previously unsecured loan OH took out (waaaay before I met him) which he then couldn't afford to make the full repayments on (made redundant and took a job on a lower salary - could afford £260 but not the £330 he originally signed up to repay). Incasso, the DCA who bought it fron Natwest, then took him to court over it and they turned it into a charging order on the house. He was on a DMP with CCCS for it plus some smaller debts and his budget showed he could only afford to pay £236 so the judge set the repayment for that and said no more interest could be added. Now he's paid off all the other smaller stuff, he can actually afford to pay more than the £236 but since that's all the court said he's got to pay, he's saving it up so we've got a backup in case we lose our jobs or such like£18k ish left to pay so six and a bit years to go unless we sell the house sooner
