I'm knackered, off to bed to read some more! X

Will be on tomorrow, I have MIL here so Mothers Day IS CANCELLED, will need you ladies to get me through the evening. On second thoughts, SM, Tia and MM were making me laugh so much last time she was here I actually spat my cuppa across the table.

    Edit, thanks Fitz. X

Does it actually have proper damp or is it just that it's been left empty in Winter with no heating on for a while?

Its black mould spots, so I think condensation damp rather than rising damp (no tide line from what I saw)

Thicko from next door has decided to stay out tonight, so guess who can't get to sleep because a certain dog keeps howling?! And I have just worked out that it will impact on trying to sell this house too. So, thats 13 hours that dog has been left home alone. And 13 hours of non stop howling.

ETA, and then at almost 2am the police bring her home!
