Thankyou
CM was hinting at me getting C into a cot too, as she currently sleeps with me. I know at some point she will be going into her own cot/bed, but it works for us that she is BF and sleeps in with us and I really don;t feel that that's the problem.
I know I seem hung up on it, but it feels as if everyone I mention it to is trying to pinpoint it to something I'm doing - not just that she's a clingy baby. Actually the CM said it's because I'm such a good mummy and have created a special bondSealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
think i agree with the CM ... she just wants her mummy theres nothing wrong with that but people are always gonna tell what they think what it is because of there experinces .. but every child is different x
Still searching .....:)

Hi there! This is Beverly from Cluttergone. Just to say that all our consultants are very happy to travel throughout the UK and we've also worked in Ireland, Germany and Switzerland! So if you are thinking of some help, just ask....0

The more I hear, Tara, the more angry I become.
What's actually in gas and air? What gas? There was no such thing offered when I was in labour, it was epidural or nothing, and I'm wondering what I'd ask for next time.
I've ordered 25 pregnancy tests from ebay for £2 - let the babymaking commence! Later, after I find my libido *blushes*
PP, are you sure it's not that she just doesn't like the CM?
gas and air, entonox is the trade name, nitrous oxide, NO2 chemical symbol.
For labour it's 50:50 with air given orally, other procedures you can titrate the nitrous oxide up and down according to response.
Leaves your system as soon as the breath is expelled, with analgesia lasting 30 secs to 1 minute after exhalation. Safe in trimester 3 of PG, no side effects ever shown to babies.
possible side effects some people find it makes them a little nauseous, others go a bit out of it or disinhibited, possible MW fears about it limiting a woman's ability to push. (I just told the MWs I wasn't gonna without it :rotfl:)
is any of this helping?

PP everyone will have their own opinions but the only one that mattes is yours (unless you ask for someones!) i think the CM is right though she loves you so much and obviously she is really upset when you leave her. Does she cry lke this when she is left with your OH?What's for you won't go past you0

Tax credits told me to take £100 off my earnings for every week that was maternity pay, so in 2008-2009 I had £1000 (10 weeks) off what my P60 said, and 2009-2010 will have £2900 (29 weeks) off what my P60 says.
(It was someone lovely on here who told me about it - I didn't have a clue!)
PP When did your maternity leave start? Could you take the full year of maternity, then hopefully things will have improved by then? But, also check entitled too, you sound like you're in a similar position as we were. I was also part time, but 9.30 til 3.30, so it was classed as a full day with nursery.
Nursery was £90 for three full days, and I was only earning about £125 a week. OH's new job pushed us over the limit for tc's so we really are better off with me not working.
And PP your neighbour is talking sh!te! There must be thousands of women who've breastfed and gone back to work - several of them here. (MFD for one!)
Another thing I was thinking - whats the normal age for seperation anxiety? The HV did the questionairre thing with me yesterday at V's 12 month check, and one of the questions was does she have SA. She didn't wait for me to answer but said that's an irrelavant question as she's too old for it now?Anillop people - how do I get the tray off? I have tried pulling, prising and even putting one foot on the sea and yanking, but it's stuck. Is there a magic word I have to say first?
You really, really have to yank & wiggle it - or get a 12 year old son to sit on the edge of the tray and it comes off no problem. I have one you could borrow.
Lovaly meeting with lovely mums & babies again today. SJ's little Alfie is absoultely gorgeous - and yet another baby with hair who i'm not the slightest bit jealous of.
ETA: Milk from the bottle that's not a bottle/cup thingy was very unpopular. She didn't even taste the milk, just flung the bottle away.:beer:0 -
i found if i had the enonox in a mask it made me really sick but if i took it with the mouthpiece i was ok as i could controll it and it really helped me to concentrate on my breathing or i would hold my breath ???? i wouldnt have pushed if it had been taken from me either weezl!!!What's for you won't go past you0

My ML started 25th May 09. I did mention that to my boss, but you have to give so many weeks notice in writing I think about whether you intend to take it. Am waiting for her to get back to me.
Yes C is same with OH. She's ok for 5 mins or so if I'm there, but then wants me again.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
I think the age for seperation anxiety is from around 6 months onwards? When they have developed self-awareness and realised that they are actually not you!Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0
