Tia I would run seventeen miles away from any advert that had as many "buyer beware!" warnings as that one. Without stopping.

It looks like you're buying a shell and would need to start rebuilding from the four walls and no pipes or wiring.

ETA: Amber, Molly does scritchy scratch at my computer too - I have a Notepad window where she's allowed to type whatever she wants :)

Yeah... but you get a survey and it tells you any big things. FIL can test the electrics. DH can do plumbing (and it can't be worse than here). It would be a buy it now and in a few years do it up. There is no parking which is why its so cheap.

I'm going to talk DH into going to see it. Worse that can happen is that it is a heap. Honestly our own house is just as bad.

Have you claimed 'your' seat yet? We got a new one two weeks ago and OH is most disgruntled that I've claimed the 'L' of the corner. My argument is I need the space for feeding Isla, I like to have my feet up when I'm feeding and the really wide arm's are good for putting all my bits and pieces on. (Chocolate, biscuits etc :))

The batteries in the jumperoo are dying, it's whining a very slow 'pop goes the weasel' and I can't find the new ones. Madam keeps crying if I turn it off though!

Well last night went a bit like this, from 10.20pm onwards.

Screaming, dummy back in. All quite. Mummy get back in bed, screaming, dummy back in, all quite. Mummy get back in bed, screaming, dummy back in, all quite, screaming, etc, etc, etc. You get the picture?

And i mean full on top of the lungs screaming, not just the whimpers i usually ignore.
One good nights sleep in just over 6 months is not good. Its not fair, Its not fair, Its not fair............. Stamps foot and throws tantrum like a 3 year old!

And a big Yay! for walking and sitting babies. :T
