I completely agree... A little of what you fancy does you good ;)

KOAG, I counted through my contractions, it helped me know when I was over the worst and they were starting to die down... As the labour went on I had to count higher but it helped focus my mind and keep me calm too...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Kindof Are you using a contraction timer? http://www.contractionmaster.com/
A good excuse to stay on the computer and just tap a button when it starts and stops. :D
And i'd say stay at home until it really, really starts to hurt and you really, really need some drugs/G&A.

Mel Well done clever Kai for walking. :T
(I'm sure there was another well done for someone? Well done to all the babies for being gorgeous anyway!)

Searchie Hugs. When are your boys back? I hate having an empty house - its too quiet.

PP Hope the CM goes better today. It sounds like you're making some progress.

We've got Gymbabes later this morning and nothing else planned for today. I was supposed to be visiting Nan in hospital but visiting is 3-4 which is the ideal time for people who have children to get from school!

And I don't need to make tea because the football is on tele tonight. There is a rule that we eat takeaway crap when Liverpool are on live. :)

I have a nebby question...Sure Start centres - can I just walk in and look around? or phone to see what activities they have on? or what's the point really? they confuse me...I don't really know what they're for!

FWIW, I had runny eggs, bleu cheeses, soft ice cream and less-than-well-done beef when pregnant and my child doesn't have 6 legs or horns :p.
top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

You can just wander in, if you google your local one you may find it has a list of activities. I go to baby massage, little steps and we're waiting for baby sign language to start up. And it's nice to meet a bit earlier than the group starts and have a warm brew :)
