WM - would you like to share my eyelid matches? I hope you get a better night tonight.
Did we decide the seahorse was the best bedtime lullaby/light? My monitor plays them but the womans voice singing them is scary! Going into town later and need to try something to get Isla sleeping before midnight.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

Thanks, throw them this way, if SS is not using them to set anyone on fire!
Eyes are very stingy though. Really need some eye drops or some of that new Optrex spray thingy. (But at £14.99 for 10ml, I think not!)0 -

Have you claimed 'your' seat yet? We got a new one two weeks ago and OH is most disgruntled that I've claimed the 'L' of the corner. My argument is I need the space for feeding Isla, I like to have my feet up when I'm feeding and the really wide arm's are good for putting all my bits and pieces on. (Chocolate, biscuits etc)
The batteries in the jumperoo are dying, it's whining a very slow 'pop goes the weasel' and I can't find the new ones. Madam keeps crying if I turn it off though!
Our jumperoo died ages ago and I just can't be bothered to get a screwdriver and change the batteries lol... I should really, the little teapot and the lion need their batteries doing too, I could kill 3 birds with 1 screwdriver....
Bedroom is moved around... Looks all cramped in there now though, will have to rethink the positioning a bit... I don't like the bed that close to the wall adjoining out bedroom...
Anyway... Going to drag my not so sick daughter down the town and sort this pram out... (couldn't do it yesterday, when I got to the school to fetch Aimee they told me she'd been sick just before hometime so I bought her straight home instead of her swimming lesson... She's been fine since though, typically...)A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Doh thanks Tia you had me dreaming over some lovely houses there. I better start putting the lottery on :rotfl: I'd literally give my right arm for a detached house with no noisy morons lol!! I am gonna have to get my backside in gear and find my perfect career and study accordingly.
I totally underestimated the faff involved with changing bank accounts. Dreading my phone bill after all these 08 numbers i'm having to ring. My car insurance was a machine, i hung up cos i got all confused. I prefer humans grr.0 -

Sami, looks like a repo. DS2 and I went on a recon. Roof needs fixing, loose tiles. No parking, though we could get 1 car infront because it is actually quite a big pavement area. Other car would be on the side street, where-ever you can get parked jobbie. No access to the back garden unless that is a lane at the side. Looks like mould under the window. Gas fire would be ripped out, I hate them with a passion. So, electrics would need testing, central heating, check for damp, quote for roof, check bathroom and kitchen. But since our house is a shithole anyway, it would actually be a step up. Plus, it would be the only way we could afford a 3/4 bed house. Don't mind decorating, it would be cheap paper and paint due to childrens issues of wall drawing. Kitchen - BQ jobbie. Bathroom - DH and BIL jobbie.
Spoke to DH on teh phone and he says we will talk about it, which means I will talk him into going to see it, we will oh and ah and then someone else will buy it before we get our fingers out and ever bother seeing to a new mortgage or selling ours.
In DS2 news the Dep Head from his new school came to visit him at nursery, which means she came to do a review and decide if he and the school are compatible. She has said that he should fit in perfect and that the school will be right for him. There are 4 children going into P4 which is perfect as they will then make a nice sized group of P1's. In June there will be several days where he will go to the school rather than nursery to get used to it. And there are a lot of open days where we go along too. Then in August when term starts it is 1 week of half days, with the choice of him staying for lunch before going home. And his transport has been 'booked' for the year. He will be collected early because we stay out of town which means I may even get to college on time. It's no problem him being dropped off at after school club either, we fill in a time sheet thing for the next week to book where he will be collected and dropped off. And there will be others in the class using Makaton, which is good because he is really getting the hang of it now (thanks to something special). Alls gooooodddddd0 -
That all sounds great about the school Tia

It definitely gets my vote. Not because LO likes it (although she does love it), but mainly because i can listen to it over and over again at bedtime and even in the middle of the night when all i want is sleep and i actually like listening to it & still find it quite pleasant (rather than wanting to throw it at a wall after 10 mins!) :rotfl:
And we've had times when its been on over and over for about 2 hours so that's definitely tried & tested
Think part of the reason is that there is no singing, no voices just nice, relaxing, soothing lullabies.... Zzzzzz.........................:j Very proud mummy to Evie Mae born 26/12/09 :jAims for 2010 - be a good mummy, lose (some) weight, clear (some) debts, be happy0 -
