    Hi Elle

I'm a key account manager/customer services for a safety testing lab (we test toys at our branch!!). I spend most of my time cross selling/emailing/phoning customers and our sister labs across Europe (and China now our new lab has opened) to get quotes and info on different sorts of testing and arranging contracts. I used to do a lot of travelling but my boss knows that is out for the next 6 months at least. I also do most of the marketing/exhibitions.

I miss being in the lab and seeing what new stuff is coming through for the littlies :rotfl:and also what to avoid due to recalls/problems etc. I also like knowing what brands to buy cos I know they have been tested properly ie by us lmao

I do miss it and the people cos we are a really small team but I go in every few weeks to have a gossip so not too much out of the loop lol.

    xxx

ETA Sorry, bit long - bet you wish you'd not asked lol

Do you speak to your neighbours at all?
I would if I ever saw them. If we didn't hear the baby crying I would swear they'd not been living there the last few months. The neighbours out the back/round the corner said they never see them either.

No chippy Dinner (tea is a drink, pah!). Kids had pizza baguettes and I found a whoopsied portion of sweet and sour chicken yum.

Sami, money is still in paypal (£10 down, I spent £30 on gifts 1 for MIL 1 for me but £20 was a refund) and will be moved once the till I sold is received and the guy is happy. Then it will go to the CC.
