Everything I say is taken as a critism, everything I do is wrong. All I've ever tried to do is help, all I've ever done is care, but it is never enough, never right. No matter what I try to do, it is wrong.
Don't be like that:o:o
Its a forum, differing views.....I never perceived it as a personal attack....;)

MFD!!! Am I right that you are a BSL signer? Can you tell me how you would sign names? If you can.. Would you just use the first letter of a name or are there set signs for names?? Christophers SALT makes a tapping gesture with the first two fingers curled, but I don't know if thats for 'pay attention' or 'Christopher'?
Names can be done as a kind of shorthand. Sometimes just the initial or the initial and another 'sound' to indicate the rest of the name IYSWIM. A C would be your left hand forefinger and thumb curved to make a C shape. So 2 x C shape might be 'saying' Christopher rather than just Chris. Pay attention is more likely to be a sign which involved some eye poking (or such like).MFD, you know you can turn the seahorse off again by pressing its tummy some more, right?
Really?
Buttons - I never read the Kellymom stuff as I think it is a sensationalist site which breeds scandal - the equivalent of reading the Sun or the Daily Mail.
Have I offended everybody yet
Edit - wrote that before I read that Feely was upset. Sorry that you are upset Feely, please don't be. I don't follow the links to the mail or the sun either because I know they usually don't contain anything that I would grace my eyes with!!
Off to pick up my son xxplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
AAARRRGGHHHHH nobody has to leave the thread. Some people smoke, some don't, some BF and some don't or didn't, some people wear their babies and some don't, some have penises and some don't, some had BETTER show us their uniforms....
Anyway. My point is that this is a lovely mix of people with different parenting styles and opinions, and nobody has to go anywhere unless they are planning on returning very shortly with tea and cake.
Now, big hugs and kisses all around and where's my cake?
