    Morning,

I've read a couple of pages but forgotten everything already!

SS - your dream sounds awful. I see Sami already suggested youtube for wrap instruction video's. It does get a lot easier with practice, I barely notice I'm doing it now it's only when I realise people are staring at me trussing myself up in fabric :rotfl:
A lot of the more expensive woven wraps come from Germany IIRC so there may be hope for a sling meet for you :) Also the Natural Mamas site is really helpful.

Jillie - glad you got some bids on the bumbo :D

KOAG - hope your not too uncomfortable, before you know it beany will be here and you'll realise days have passed and you haven't had time to even think about a ciggie. Like caz, our midwife told OH he had to wait 20 mins before holding Isla after smoking.

Tia - I've got the M&P Joolz, it's 4 wheels but the front two are small and close together. It's a bit heavy to lift but pushes so easily, is parent facing and the seat's really high on the frame so Amber could giggle and chatter to you easily. Ive seen some end on ebay for £70 and others go for as much as £200+ so it's hit & miss.

Feelie - so sorry, I've just remembered I didn't reply to you on NM :o I wasn't ignoring you I just completely forgot.

My little girl's had a nosebleed :( I don't like her having this cold, she's tonnes better than she was though so hopefully I'll still be there tomorrow.

Money not spent from not smoking so far: £1281.88

With smoking it's all "might" and "could". As in the child "might" grow up to be a smoker themselves or it "could" make the child xx percentage more likely to have asthma etc etc.

Your sig is the only guaranteed incentive - that's a lot of money. Why don't you start putting a certain amount of that money saved, into his trust fund?

(so he can spend it on fags and booze when he's 18 :rotfl:)

Thanks Boo :) I think it's partly just the enormous amount of fabric that's putting me off :rotfl:

I've no idea whether the Teves story is true, but "they were on the same plane and talked to each other" is hardly evidence of a torrid affair, especially when you consider that the girl is obsessed with footballers and would probably have started talking to him. I hope it's not true, but even if it is it hardly makes what Terry did any less disgusting. Edit: I generally take what the Mail has to say with many pinches of salt, but if it's true I'll take the lighter and use it on the pair of them.

:rotfl: I'm watching CDWM on youtube, the one where the host wanders off and goes to sleep leaving the others to make dinner for her :rotfl:

Well I've washed some pots, tidied the kitchen and made some angel delight - am now debating whether to get the ladders out and clean the outside of the living room window

maybe after another chocolate brownie :rotfl:
