Weekends are usually the worst for me too actually, because usually I just slob around leaving everything to pile up and then during the week, I do the bare minimum too :rotfl:
Yeah! That's where I got the Crunchy nut actually, I had originally picked up the small box and then walked past the 1kg, and I was like "DUMP AND YOINK"
Will that be his first weetabix experience? baby wipes at the ready!!
Weetabix is yum too though, but only if you put some strawberries and bananas in it :drool:0 -

I didnt go church, felt too self conscious!:o
I went to church 'on my own' (had Edgar with me) for the first time today, it was ok actually, just slipped in a pew on my own.
Do you know anyone that goes, just to say Hi to that you can sit with? It can be a bit confusing at first with the order of service book and hymn book.
if you can find out if/when they do a family service that would be good for your first time because they'll be lots of kids.0 -
I used to be in the choir at primary school and I used to always have to do the solos in church. It was well embarrassing, then at secondary school, they tried us all out for choir, and yet again I was made to join, and yet again, made to sing solos. But then I started smoking and my singing voice is naff now....
Maybe if I quit I will sound awesomo again?
I quite like church, with how everyone helps each other, it can be close knit, make new friends, fun activities etc etc, I just cant get my head around all the religionI think more like a Scientist and the jehovahs didn't like me when I asked them to explain evoloution. They told me all the bones were fake. Right-o!

Hi all,
Sorry to charge in again with a question but I need some BF and expressing help please. I have just, for the first time ever (woohoo), managed to express a whole 10ml of milk. And probably wasted another 10ml down my boob and tummy (any ideas how to stop that happening would be welcome too). It is currently in the fridge ready to take to nursery tomorrow in the desperate hope that it will encourage Kezia to take a bottle.
My question is: if I get more later can I add that to the same bottle or do I need to do a new one. It will all be drunk (optimistically assuming she'll have it) before lunchtime tomorro so will all be less than 24 hours old. Am I right in thinking that is all I can keep it for in the fridge. I have one sample freezer bag for milk but I think I need to get better at it first and not waste it on my measly 10ml.
thanks in advance

The Stokke people sell textile kits so you can change all the fabric parts and have a funky new colour :money:
Gymboree was fantastic, we're going to another trial class on Friday and then I'm going to sign her up for the babies class. It's 20% off till the 19th March because they're new :money:
The group she'd be in is 6-10 months, so all the babies are pretty much equal in what they can do - but since she's not mobile maybe watching other babies crawling around will give her ideas. She did make a couple of friends and ended up holding hands with one kid :rotfl:
Edit: Harley, you can combine them but only at the same temperature, so refrigerate the second lot to the same temp as the first before adding them together. Where's the spillage from? Other boob or the one you're expressing from?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

harley - I think the old advice was the new milk needs to be cooled down 1st before adding it to the fridge bottle, BUT I swear someone on here said they've now changed this and you can add the new milk (still warm) straight to the bottle. And your time "countdown" should always be from the oldest milk.
But someone feel free to correct me if I'm just imagining being told this.

You can add to EBM for 24 hours, then it can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
Fingers crossed it helps Kezia take a bottle tomorrow.
Ooh, I never knew you had to cool down the stuff you add! Makes sense I suppose, although I've never done it and Henry seems okay so far!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
