    Poor Ed :(

My niece has pooing problems. She has to have 4 spoons of Lactoluse in the morning and 4 at Night to help her go, otherwise it gets clogged up in her bowels and she constantly screams in pain :(

    aww poor thing.

I wonder if Fergie's pooping has improved? he was on the max dose of lactulose at last mention.

I think I'll call my HV, I'm a bit worried about things he does with his feet aswell and it's pot luck if you get a good HV at clinic or not, last few times I've been it was the crap one that talks to you like your a moron that doesn't understand words longer than 3 syllables

EA - that doesn't sound good, be sure to take care of your self.

Got Tahlie's 8 week appt thru she gets her first jabs after too. It's also the same day as her hip scan so OH is gonna take the day off to come with us. Hope it's not too bad for her :(

    Hi everyone.

    Have not caught up sorry.

Alex has yacky, gunky conjunctivitis. Had him at the on call Doctor on Saturday night. Got drops, but he has gotten worse. So have been back to GP this morning.
He has been swabbed for tests and given different drops. He is a pitiful mess, but still has lovely smiles for mummy.

Also, I cracked on Saturday and Alex has new wheels. Bought the Baby Jogger City Mini stroller and it is fab.

Will try to read back some, but have work to catch up on as i was off with Alex on Friday.

Hugs and any kind of vibes that are needed.

Christopher says thank you for his birthday wishes but he had a go at me for calling him 'Chris', he says it's not 'Ris' its 'Ris-a-fir!' (which is a huge improvement from 'me')

He is feeling a bit better, nibbling at food and looks a lot better.

And I just realised that I haven't looked at the clock and thought of what I was doing 5 years ago. Now, if I can get to 5.10pm without sweating...

DH finishes at 2.30pm today so then we can have birthday cake and hopefully the birthday boy is feeling well enough to enjoy it.

Do you use water or milk for baby rice?
I'm reasonably sure I read that you can use either but since I never used it I'm probably not the best information source.

Good point Sami, i suppose i'm not thinking very long term really. But how long til i can use a seat? They're not very comfy unless she's strong at sitting up, are they?

I just seen this and i can't see it lasting til 9 months?? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-Baby-Bath-Support-Bath-Seat-0-9-Months-Pink_W0QQitemZ350275236660QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Baby_Baby_Bathing_Grooming_LE?hash=item518e07f334
but i like the way she'd be laid back and still able to kick her legs
I had something similar for Caitlyn (M&P Acqua bath support) and we managed to use it until she was about 6months old, but then she started really straining to sit up and I thought it was probably getting dangerous... We moved onto one of the little round seats... We don't use anything now since she kept trying to stand up in the seat... I just let her climb around in the water...

Scruffy, shes ok. 3 dirty nappies today, better than yesterdays 8, well within herself, refusing milk but eating and drinking juice (and a little milk).

Chris is ill now though, its his birthday...

    Today!
Poor Chris, Aimee was poorly on her birthday, it's the pits... :( Hope he gets to enjoy being 5 soon!!!

My tutor popped some stuff round for me to laminate on Friday and said she'd fetch them today... A lady just rang to say my tutor couldn't make it but was it OK for her to pop round later to pick them up... A stranger is coming to my house!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Beenie, you can use either. I've always just used milk because its there, for you breast feeding, you can use water if you have no milk ready and expressing is a pain.
