Baby rice mixed with water does have the look of wallpaper paste though... _pale_

Hope Alex feels better soon WM!! Caitlyn had awful snotty eyes when she was tiny, I got drops from the practise nurse because BM and cooled boiled water wasn't doing anything for them... I didn't use the drops though, I thought I would give it another couple of days and they cleared up!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Thanks Krystal. He usually gets snotty eyes when he has a temperature. But this is way beyond that. His eyes were soldered shut this morning and the gunk has now changed from light green to dark green. And i had to scrape the stuff off with my nails.
He needs de-gunking every 30 mins.:(

Aww poor little man!! Hope the drops help quickly!!

I am sick of my smallest daughter throwing stuff on the floor... I have done nothing today but follow her round picking stuff up!

WM, that sounds miserable for you both! Hope it clears up soon. Make sure his eyes are gunk free before using the drops so they get right in.

What can I eat, I'm hungry because my tummy says so but I have no appetite at all. And there is no bread to make toast (and I can't risk the run to the shop if you get my meaning...)

Hope Alex's eye gets better soon, WM. Glad Ris-a-fir is getting better, Tia - fingers crossed for cake later ;)

I've cleaned the bathroom this morning. Put Rhys in his walker in the doorway but he spent the whole time staring at me with his hands up in the air  Seems scared of the sweeping brush *shrug*

I wonder how GISI is getting on on her first KIT day :) My boss and his boss are both stuck abroad (not together, on separate family holidays) so both my KIT days may well be in HR this week.

OH is on his way home, taking the whole afternoon off - think they're all slacking a bit with the big boss away ;) - so he's off to the nice sandwich shop to get me some lunch :D

Ahh Tia. Hope you get better soon too. No fun being an ill mummy, coz you don't get to lie in bed and die.

Oh !!!!!!!!:mad::mad: just got my tax credits renewal ...
"your award for the tax year 2009-2010 was based on at least one of you receiving income support, income-based jobseeker's allowance or blah blah for the whole of the period"
I got contribution based JSA for about 2months and told them that!!! I know I told them that because when I called to renew in July I wasn't receiving ANYTHING!!!!!! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! stupid !!!!ing !!!!!! heads!
They can swing for it if they want money back!

EDIt: in fact it was 2008 that I got JSA NOT 2009 so I've had nothing! WTFare they doing!

well it's dead simple, they use an ultrasound just like at your baby scans.
you'll be sat with T lay on a bed in front of you as if your doing a nappy change, nappy off, they put the gel on and attempt to get a decent image with out anyone getting wee'd on and your done :D
Edgar was older when he had his and wouldn't stay still so he had an xray done (and did THE biggest wee ever, it soaked the entire beds worth of paper roll stuff :rotfl:)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

Beccles - :rotfl: at Charlotte. Keira recorded herself farting into her microphone last night and kept replaying it, but also sniffing the microphone like she could relive the fart over and over _pale_

Charlotte just loves anything to do with bodily functions or rudey bits :o

Hope the blood test went ok. When I had the fasting glucose one at the hospital, I'd nothing to eat overnight then been at the hospital all morning, so I went to McD's for a pig out on the way home :o:rotfl:

Got some studying done, but still nervous about the exam.

Had a lucky escape. Charlotte had new shocking pink jogging bottoms on yesterday - they've only been washed once before. She had an accident, so I rinsed the trousers out in the sink and just chucked them in the washer ready to get washed next time.

Forgot they were in there and put a white cotton duvet cover, sheet and pillow cases in there and washed them at 60°C. Amazingly the colour hasn't ran at all and the bedding is still white!
Here I go again on my own....
