I'm only half caught up - been at Gym comp in Wigan all day.

Wanted to post before I forgot everything. Will carry on now and be back soon. x

Sami I'm impressed with Wigans floral arrangements in the window-type-boxes attached to the fences. :D

I'm not impressed with the Robin Park Tennis & Sports centre having NO baby chaning facilities!

I was going to say not a Wednesday, but never mind, i'll just have to upset the MIL. :(

Bring the camera to the May 19th Meet. :D

The photographer at the gym competition today was charging £10 for a 8X12 print, £16 for a 7x5 and two keyrings! You could make a fortune!
I thought all towns had flowers? I've been taking them for granted! they're all over the borough and get jused (sp?) up often :D

I can't believe they don't have any changing facilities!!
I've not been to any of the area/sports bits since BIL :eek:stopped doing his sports so was a time when I didn't notice these things

Beenie what's wrong with the bath seat most of us have :p it was on offer at £6ish in tesco recently - I paid £10 for mine the week before the offer :(

Nope, sorry Beenie. Looking for something myself tonight.

Does anyone recommend this or have any other suggestions?

Holly suddenly worked out how to splash like mad tonight and we got soaked. We have just been bathing her in the baby bath up until now but going to have to move her into the big bath I think!
The determination on her face was hilarious as she grabbed for the bubbles and slapped the water with all her might.

oh and I don't trust the 'hot' thing either, I've got a TT heast sensitive bath mat (got it reduced in tesco) and it said 'hot' when the water was only 36 deg

Lol, nothing really, i just remember disliking them with DS i can't remember why, think getting him in and out was a pain sometimes. But i was just looking for something a bit snazzier :D

Bathtime is really doing my back in, she'd stay in there for hours and howls when it's time to get out, so i can't wait to start using something.

We have that one, Fitz. It's fine for Rhys now, but I've heard you can temporarily mark the tops of chunkier thighs getting in and out as they graze against the bar. Nothing long lasting though :)

    I hate BBQ smoke!

You'd hate my freaky neighbours. On the first day of 'not winter' they get the b4$t4rd barbeque out, in their front garden, which attaches to my side/back garden. And they will continue to barbeque every sodding day until winter.
You'd think they'd get sick for burgers and sausages!

I'll be there and Boo did say she was coming. Hadn't realised it was THIS Wednesday though so thanks for the reminder!
Will probably be the last one I can make *sob*

Will you not make the Friday one?

Fritha When is the next Friday one?

I can't beleive they don't have any changing facilities!!

No - not all towns have flowers - you've been spoilt!

    No changing facilities.
I asked at reception, and she had to ask someone else. After a big discussion with them trying to find out, they suggested I used the disabled toilet floor if I have a changing mat in my bag!

Or, I could go across the car parks/roads to the other sports centre, where they think there are facilities!

PJ's/Sleepsuits debate - sleepsuits all the way, until I can't find sleepsuits big enough. Sleepsuits make my baby look like a baby and I want her to stay that way!

If I could find some 9yo sleepsuits, my big baby girl would be wearing them too. :o

She got some pj's for christmas, which I put on her last week when she'd ran out of sleepsuits because of the sick bug.

beenie just thinking that she could escape the m/care one sooner because it has no sides :undecided

We have the summer one too, it's annoying when they lock their legs but that would affect any seat thing, I do think they could be made smoother so they don't scratch though
