Krystal - there is a couple of Minki's but most are 'Babyland' - some 'unbranded' ones I found on ebay for £45 for 10. I gave up with the Bambino mio and have switched to these pocket nappies. They're much slimmer on her and haven't let me down yet (but I use disposibles at night still) in the past few months.

MFD - would love to do photo's for people but I don't think I'm good enough and I wouldn't have the confidence to charge when I think anyone can get pic's just as good :o. I always wanted to be a TV camera person :rotfl:. Would love to do it for free though cos I do like taking pics!

Also congrats to Bruno - I usually just thank people cos I don't like leaving some people out when I forget them but that one needs a special mention I think :T

Mini Bruno v2.0 is on the way, AF ;) Early days..

that is some big news i missed then... nice positive sticky vibes.

MFD - i saw you said about mummy friends having scans coming up. in a similar situation myself. soooo pleased for them, but also feel the same as you.

i am sooooooooooo needing to sort LO's clothes. i am sure i have many she hasn't worn again. i have loads of short sleeved things if we have warmer weather.

i am sure someone bought pink fluffy booties from pumpkin patch. i have some of these in their XS size. friend back home sent them over but unfortunately were the wrong size at the time of year needed.

Absolutely brilliant, the pens only have water in them which draws on the paper and then it dries and you can draw some more. You can also do hand prints by wetting your hands:

I know it might teach him to write on the walls at a later date....but it might teach him to only write on his own paper *hopes* otherwise I need a reason to redecorate in a year or so ;)

This one was about a fiver in poundstretcher!

mfd i did wonder if it was something like that.... brilliant idea.
  • Jam - FWIW I think your photos are fab. If you wanted to think about taking it further then maybe offer to take some for some friends and see how they turn out. Perhaps say they can pay you what they think they are worth? Although I guess that depends on your friends :D

Or do you need another proper job?

Disappeared for a while to watch a dvd of The Tudors and share some wine with OH. Who is now sparko on the sofa, so I'm back briefly. Need to go and wash nappies and do bottles shortly though.

I can relate to feeling jealous of friends coming up to 20 week scans. I caught myself looking at double pushchairs the other day and letting my mind wander to what if . I had such a rubbish pregnancy last time round though, and 3 kids are already hard work so can only imagine what 4 would be like so this is definitely my hormones talking not my head. Still, though, what if...:D

OH is apparently DYING of man cold now. He claims he's going to sleep on the sofa tonight so as not to infect me.. hmm, only spent eight hours very close to him today already! *rolleyes* Wouldn't it be better for him to stay contained in the bedroom rather than breathing his germs all over the living room?
