Flights to Cardiff are a bit expensive as it is the end of August that we are going, although if there was an airport that was close then I could travel in ....

Agree with Wales. Pembrokeshire is fab(Feel like a tourguide here, only today was I nattering with SJ about this!)
I lived in Cardiff but Pembs is only a 90minute drive but easy enough on train (maybe 1 stop in Carmathen).A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

It's finally happened. I lost Joseph. It was just like you hear people describe it, he was there one second and then he was gone. Puff into thin air. I should say before anyone worries that he only stayed lost for 5 mins or so, but I was on the verge of a breakdown. Sainsbury's carpark, security guard says we'll call the police. He could be under a car or been taken. I was so lucky there was a man standing outside, bless him, who actually saw my darling son running back inside the shop (thought he was with someone else), so the search area was easier. We were about to get all the staff to search the shop when I saw the monkey happy as larry darting in and out of the checkouts. Of course when he saw me he thought it was a great game and ran faster.
I'm offloading this on you guys, because I can't really tell my friends and family, they'll just blame me and I don't need that right now.
Thanks for listening.
Aw Honey! Michael did it to MIL in a Glasgow shopping centre. Christopher did it to DH and BIL and ended up being pulled on stage at the radio roadshow! He does it ALOT. Your heart stops, and they just think it's funny the lil gits!MadDogWoman wrote: »My next dilemma re car seats is what to do when she hit 4yo/weight limit on her current seat which to choose as I'm not keen on the cushion like booster seats.
Jam IIRC from when I bought Katies current seat (the same one) it's to so with force being exerted on the seat belt buckle during a crash if it's touching anything there is a risk of the belt being forced to unclip IYKWIM. Assistant in MC called it 'buckle crunch' or something similar.
Get one of the larger ones with a back, some of them have 5 point harnesses that you can remove when they are older. Its what we use for Chris, I'll try and find a link0
