Tara, can you talk to his dad about how much you are worried for his education etc.. if he was to go now ?? Maybe delay it till he is 18 ??

His Dad is not a very nice man. He always said DS1 was not autistic, that the docs were wrong and he was just slow. He scares me! He's been waiting a long time to do this. This is about hurting me, I guarantee it. There's a lot of history, some bad stuff involving my girls (not s!!ual) When I talked about some nasty men in my past who screwed my head up and made me a hard man-hater, will he's it. :(

    ooopps !!

I put a little bid on a beautiful pair of irregular choice shoes thinking they would sell for more than that and won them !!! Great for me, but how do I tell Chris I have just spent a bit too much on a pair of sandles that I really didnt need ????

You put them on wearing very little and say 'how sexy do these look?'

When he asks how much they cost you say 'a little money and a lot of passion!'

Off to bed. Have been lurking on and off on my hero all day. Hello and hugs to everyone.

Fitzio - I think your advice is very sound. Just to add that you can double dose infacol if it starts to be less effective.

But I also agree that the best thing to do is to speak to someone in person who can see both mum and baby - HV, doc, whoever - this thread is wonderful for advice but nothing can beat RL interaction.

Benjamin was playing 'outside' earlier but all he wanted to do was go in and out of the door!!! At one point he had a ball and was throwing it into the house, going to fetch it and then throwing it out of the house.

Then he threw a proper hissy fit when I brought him in :(

I should be tired, I had 5 hours of beer-fuelled sleep last night so I am sure I should be knackered but my head is buzzing.

Won't be around tomorrow - on a training course all day.

    Take care all,

    MFD xxx

Edit - HUGS tara - I can't imagine what you are going through xx

Sami, how are Christophers performing skills coming on? And what have you planned for Edgars birthday, you're so organised I expect you have an idea? X

Hi lovely! :) I'm so sorry about DS1 :( would there be any benefit in talking to social services or the police :undecided

Chris practices his jls moves daily, he's so obsessed he even commented on EA's fb status "jls" when I'd forgot to log out on the ipod :rotfl:
I'm waiting to see what elle does for Rhys then will probably copy  I'm currently sorting the christening so not really thought about it but it'll prob be a BBQ at one of our 'rent's

Thanks for reading my post! I don't blame anyone who can't be arsed! lol.
Benjamin sounds very cute. He has turned into a proper little boy already not wanting to come in. "5 more minutes mummy"!

Hugs to you Tara. Hope you can find a way to get through to your DS.

Sorry to everyone else for interrupting the conversation with another mammoth post. My tongue runs away with me and it took me so long to type, deliberating whether or not to post whilst doing other things, that I'm about 2 hours too late as usual!! Just waiting on a washing finishing then going to bed.

Fitz, I thought it was a good post :D

Kindof are you a worrier in general? not sure if it's just how I read your posts or not but I often think if I was with you in RL I'd be getting you to just breathe and chill for a moment. I'm a pretty relaxed person and I think that's what got me through Chris's colic because OH was a nightmare through it as he's a worrier with a short temper!
