just called the mini pill .. ive never bleed after sex before so i was alittle worried .. but this pill is really screwing with my body it just never settle while i was on the depo so docs suggested implant but to cover me til i could get the implant installed he put me on the mini pill .. my periods have really calmed down but im getting more aches and tender (up top inside sorry for the TMI) .. never been on it so wondered if anyone had experinced the same x

I didn't get on with the mini pill at all. Had too many side effects - feeling sick, sore boobs, spotting etc. Then I started bleeding with hellish pains, and it got heavier and heavier until I was soaking through a thick pad in about an hour, so I had to go to the out of hours doctor for something to stop it :o I've been scared of mini pills since then.

I'm good at having reactions to drugs though. Had to try a few normal pills until I settled on Cilest which is fine and the only side effect is serious bloating in the few days before I'm due and my IBS plays up a bit, but I can live with that.
I'm good ta SM. Keira's birthday TODAY!!! Since it's past midnight. 35minutes, 4 years ago, she made her gross entrance into this world via my fanjina.

Bless her. Can't believe I have a 4 year old  I still get on the bus for a child :rotfl:

Awww - Happy Birthday Keira xx

I used to get into the match at Roker Park as a junior when I was an adult. Managed to get as a junior when I was 21, married and pregnant :rotfl:

Crashed last night. Craig went out to a mates house, so I was home alone and sprawled on the sofa watching crap on TV, and went to bed just after 10pm. Slept right through and feel much brighter this morning.

Got to pop out and do an audit for work this morning, then I'm going to try and get my uni end of course assignment finished - the shop business plan one. Off out for another mystery shop meal this evening.
Here I go again on my own....

    Happy Birthday Keira:D

SM - I had all sorts of strange side affects from the mini-pill, tiredness, bleeding loads, then not bleeding for months, sickness, headaches.....But I had to come off the combined pill because of mood swings (and that's putting it mildly)

I agree that a visit to the docs would be best:)

    Morning all :D

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEIRA :D !!

I love my mini pill, I'm on cerazette same as buttons, and apart from a few cramps when I would be due, I have no weight gain, no sore boobs, no spotting, no bleeding at all !! :D
Whereas on every other combined pill I have ever been on, I have had to have a constant supply of painkillers and have been to the doc on call numerous times because it was so bad ... everyone reacts differently to them, so no one elses experience will dictate how you will react to it. If you are worried go to the docs :)

So ... baby boy wide awake, not so baby girl and her daddy are still fast asleep ...... what will I do this morning ??
Need to get this house organised before I go away again next Sunday for a week, but have been tidying loads lately and feel like a day off :p
The two best things I have done with my life

STOPTOBER CHALLANGE ... here we go !!

K-lee?? That is a bit odd! When I was little I always loved Charmaine...I have never heard of it since, but last night we were actually served by one haha

We had someone at our school called Cinnamon with a sister called Tannice !!
We also have 6kg of pasta (£3 in asda) I now need pasta ideas please lol, we usually have spag bol, or pasta bake, what else can I do with it?

I do mushrooms, courgettes and bacon pasta, fry them till cooked then add to pasta plus sour cream or creme fraiche and some grated cheese,....its a Jamie feed family for a fiver recipe....

Well knackered this morning as went to London on train yesterday to take my sister and kids to station to get a train home... came back got no where with bets on National or the lottery last night. OH fell asleep on sofa, LO wouldnt go to sleep so finally got to bed at 1ish, up at 5 for a feed and then Henry woke us up faffing around about 6.30ish so OH got up in the end... Oh well easy day today I think and sun is out again so thats good

    Happy Birthday Keira :D

Was in my bed for 9 last night soooo tired! Must have been all the sunshine. We have similiar no summer clothes issues here so I had to raid his stash for holidays, only a wee bit big lol!
Who actually expects sun in April in Scotalnd??

Have just made a huge picnic and will rally the troops soon to go to Blairdrummond Safari, dead excited! First proper family adventure day out thats not involved a shopping centre for K!

Was really good yesterday but how quick is 2 hours?! Defo need to have a full day out somewhere next time, hardly even got a chance to speak to everyone although how strange is it when you meet folk in the flesh that you know everything about already! I'm quite happy to sit there in comfortable silence like I've known folk forever! Weird!!

Agree Tias DS2 has the cheekiest little grin and twinkle in his eyes!! Could have stole him away!!!

LOL, MDW it's a bit of a movie-marathon day for Katie, is it? :D

Quiet tonight. I may turn in soon (one of the benefits of being alone is setting whatever bedtime you please!) as sleep for the past few nights has not been the best.

Yes it was, she has them on in the background whilst she is playing. I'm trying to give her quite a chilled weekend this week as she has a very busy weekend next week.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

You better get going soon. I love Blair Drummond but the last time we went on a hot day everyone in the country did the same and the traffic was queued for miles! Ended up having to bail out, and went to Callendar or somewhere.
Wish we were doing something nice, but DH will be in bed most of the day with a hangover if his texts from last night are any indication!

    Happy Birthday Keira!
