tick those and then chose "fix" on hijackthis

then end by downloading ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com , run it and let it clean up all your temp files as some of those entries were trojans

then reboot and then run spybot + ewido in safe mode to make sure

Right. I've done the above steps successfully. The problem that i'm having is with installing the windows updates. Everytime i try to install the windows updates the blue stop error screen appears. How can i install the updates without it restarting everytime. Any help??
