    saved it as my desk top .... ;)

    I was not sure memtest would run for long enough to prove the ram, hence my aternate method

    Hello. Thank you all for your help i think i have resolved my problem. I still dont know what the problem is, but i stopped some activities by using the msconfig command and my PC seems to be running fine now. Hopefully it wont come back again. Thank you

    Do you run Outpost Firewall V 3.5 and WinRAR?

    I was having this trouble for a few days, thought it was PSU, memory, etc (PSU is DEFINATELY dying but isnt unreliable yet)

    Turns out (after a bit of googling) that the version of Outpost I was running conflicted with winrar, causing the blue screens.

    Updating it solved the issue.
