I have had problems with onepoll since their new look website got up and running. I seem to be able to get into the surveys but it crashes after the second question on each one! So annoying

I'm loving having separate places for different monies. I have my 'pot' for PAD payments, my sealed pot for christmas and soon I am going to start saving into an account for holiday fund like you. I have an account already that I set up for our last holiday (currently has about £1.40 in it) so I just have to get back into the swing of putting money into it again

Oh I just can't stop talking today. I really must get on. Have a good day!

    Morning diary, Happy Friday !!

Hi GAP, I was having that problem with onepoll yesterday but it seems ok today.
Woohoo to already having £1.40 in your holiday fund, better than nothing!!

Hhhmmm what to report. Checked bank account, everything still looking hunkydory there. Child benefit to go in next week and then some more bills after that.

Surveys all done for today so will check in again on Sunday as I wont get chance tomorrow.

Meal planned for next week and wrote my shopping list ready to go first thing in the morning. Will probably do Morrisons and see if I can get one of those 6p off every litre vouchers. Oh ive just checked and that offer has now ended doh :(.

Think thats about all really!! Catch up soon x x

    Hi Mummytogirls

    Hope you're ok

I love your idea of using survey money to save up for a holiday - its a great incentive as they do get tedious. I'm going to start saving Amazon vouchers towards the C word, every little helps.

Enjoy the wedding, hope the weather stays nice xx

Funny how I have not been able to complete a single survey with onepoll since their newlook website got up and running but the minute I complain to you on here, mummy, I go in to do a survey right after and manage to complete two! Strange...

£1.40 is what was left over from the last holiday we had. Need to top it up a lot though. Not as impressive as your £40 though :)

Didn't know you were going to a wedding. Must have missed that :o Did you have a good time? Was it far from where you are? How was the weather?

Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    Morning diary,

Well here we are on Monday again! Had a lovely weekend, didnt spend too much at the wedding but still waiting for my next NSD.

Ive decided im going to do the meter readings fortnightly now, I think its a bit too obsessive doing it weekly in summer!! It should be relatively low now with the heating off. Only thing to watch is the tumble drier usage but I will try my best to only use it when necessary!

Choo, hope you get a good run of Amazon vouchers for the C Word!!

GAP, the weather started off pants on Saturday but ended up not being too bad. I do love a good wedding, although the bride was 30 mins late so it was hard keeping the kids entertained in church.

Oh ive got another £10 into my holiday fund. My cousin bought my old fireguard so ive put that in there. Once I get to £100, il change my target to maybe £200!

Ive listed 5 items on ebay, so il be obsessing over those those week :rotfl:.

Right need to go catch up with surveys and update those on here too!!

I love setting targets for myself. I always make them doable and it feels good when I reach them. Didn't think about upping it when I reached it though! I usually just come up with a completely different goal :)

I have now done 5 surveys since I moaned to you that I couldn't do them! I have £10.55 towards my £40 now :T Glad I am getting them again now and it is good that they are a bit more than the 5p they used to be.

    Off to make the tea.

    Have a nice evening.

    Hi Mummytogirls

Glad you enjoyed the wedding, I love a good wedding especially a church wedding. Its ages since we've been to one, all our friends are now married so I suppose it will be family weddings from now on.
I might update my signature with target savings, DS would like a kindle for Christmas and I'm hoping to do enough surveys to collect Amazon vouchers for it.

Afternoon diary!! Child benefit money in the bank today, so looking good again!! Had to really restrain myself from doing the meter readings this morning, but ive made the decision to do them fortnightly, so will stick to it!

Also, I am really glad I took the advice of my weather app and put the clothes in the drier as it bucketed it down yesterday and is set to do the same today. I dont really like using it but I think im going to have to accept that until the weather brightens up its the only option for me, washing for 5 and working full time!

Last night we cooked 2 meals, which included tonights spaghetti bolognaise, so that just needs reheating this evening.
There was also some for the kids leftover to freeze for one of their teas.

NSD1 of the month far which is pretty rubbish so need to up my game there .

GAP, woohoo to your total jumping over the £10 mark thats fab!! Im at 800 points with opinion world so hopefully wont be long before I get a payout from them.

Choo, saving your Amazon vouchers sounds fab towards your Kindle. DH downloaded a kindle app last night on his phone which he seemed impressed with!

Erm, dont think ive anything else to report!! Catch up soon x x

Sooooo im thinking I need to set myself a little target!!

Really need to get rid of the MBNA card as its costing the most in interest. I cant really throw extra money at it until next Feb when the loan is paid, but once I start throwing money at it, it should be paid off May 2012 :T.

So going to keep a particularly keen eye on this card from now on!

Today the total stands at £3258.... watch this space the race is on :rotfl:!!!
