Afternoon Diary,
Phew the working week (even if it is just 3 days!) done!! Feeling really good today and even woke up before my alarm which happens about once a year!!
Just been on and been screened out of 3 surveys so no extra money earnt as yet today. Will try again later.
HHOD, I'm feeling really good at the moment and I know the eating and exercise is playing a part in that. I just need to try and remind myself of this when I'm being bad, eating !!!! and not going to the gym. Glad you're eating well too. Do you drink lots of water? Im quite good at that but I always try drink a bit more when I'm on it!!!
Does anyone recommend those actimel drinks? Ive never bothered with them but have been looking into them as I always feel like I need an extra boost health wise. They're on offer at Mr T's at the mo.
Food:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - wholewheat pasta with cream cheese and green pesto, cucumber sticks and grapes
Tea - vege burger in brioche bun, potato waffle or curly fries and roasted pepper
Snack - raspberry and pear smoothie
Positives from today:
* its Friday

* was super organised this morning with being up early and put veg in the slow cooker for soup for lunches next week
Happy Friday eve all xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening Diary,
DH's turn to fall asleep on the sofa tonight :rotfl:. Thought id pop back in to keep up to date!
Just had to confiscate DD's iPad which she had taken to bed with her! She's a monkey for doing this but we always forget to take it off her.
I got 4 portions of soup for lunches so they are now in the freezer for 2 days next week and week after.
Also had to edit my signature as I've only had 3 NSD not 4 mentioned earlier on! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Well done for losing 2lb that's really good :T.
I know I won't have lost anything yet because I've only been good for two days, but hopefully by next weekend I'll have lost a pound. I'm going to start my walks next week too which will help.

Afternoon Diary,
Well I have been busy this morning! Been out to DD's dancing then cracked on preparing for tonights tea by boiling some rice (its for fried rice and always works better when dried out a bit), roasted the chicken for the curry and made some biscuits. We then cracked on with the cleaning, house is now sparkling again.
DH has announced he would like to do something tomorrow so we have agreed on a cute little town about 30 mins from here as they have a park and lots of nice cafes. Today was going to be a spend day but I've decided to combine all my things into tomorrow and make today a NSD :money: and tomorrow a SD.
Have just made 48p on Qm33 taking my total to £2.78, was screened out of 2 on 0nepoll so still at £10.10.
Food:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - scrambled egg and beans on toast
Tea - chinese chicken curry with fried rice and prawn crackers
Snack - biscuit I made earlier with a latte (haven't had one all week!)
So positives for today:
* nice tidy and clean house for the weekend
* used a galaxy bar out of my selection box for chocolate chips for the shortbread biscuits, no need for extra spends
* NSD4 of 12 today
Thats about all for now, need to go and catch up with my ironing shortly :cool:. Happy Saturday all xxMummytogirls x0 -
