Evening Diary,

Thanks everyone weve had a lovely day, back earlyish with the girls now tucked up in bed so thought id have a quick catch up. Wedding was lovely and we didn't spend much on drinks as I was driving and DH isn't a massive drinker.

Absolutely fuming on the way back from collecting the girls a group of teenagers threw a rock at the car. I can't see any damage but will check again in the light. I rung the non emergency number to report it, not sure it will have any effect but worth a shot.

Need to be in bed soon as up at 6 for DD's competition. DH is staying at home as other DD has the remembrance parade which is compulsory for the Scouts. I will be leaving him a list of jobs :rotfl:

I hope there was no damage to your car - that's a horrible thing to do. I've had to ring the non emergency number before, and things were dealt with pretty fast.

and sit down!!! Been up since 5.50 and only just finished for the day :eek:. DD was incredibly disappointed as she didn't bring home any trophies today :cool:. She needs to learn this lesson unfortunately though, this is how the dance world is! Weve got another one next weekend :cool:.

Sounds like a busy day! Glad there isn't any damage to the car but still scary! Could have been so much worse!

Weekends go so fast don't they! Another week ticked off the countdown to the holidays though X

Sorry to hear DD is disappointed. My friend’s daughter competes too, and her FB status was something along the lines of, you know it’s a feis day when you get asked ‘am I orange enough??’. Xx
