    Morning diary,

Got all my jobs done last night woohoo!! Watched one born every minute whilst doing the ironing and had a little cry ha!! Im such a softie, every time a new baby is born it just reminds how special that first moment is :).

Today will be a spend day, need to go shopping this evening as were running out of everything so will go tonight after work. Hoping to keep it under the £50 mark.

Did the meter readings last night, used £26 last week which has gone up a bit, not sure why we didnt really do anything different I dont think. Maybe prices have gone up.

Thats all from me anyway. Happy Wednesday everyone :D

Just a quickie to report pureprofile has finally paid out woohoo :j!!!
Once that pays into the account im going to draw it out and hide in my secret purse towards our break away spending money.
Hopefully I can get opinion world to pay out a few times to so its a good amount towards.

  • I love one born every minute as well, i always get so emotional, hubby doesn't mind watching it either and we always end up chatting about the kids and when they were babies and the things they got up to.

Brilliant news about pureprofile paying out, you must have quite a stash in that secret purse of yours now:).
  • Morning diary,

Hi Pennywise, my purse is empty at the mo cos the stash I did have went on DD's party! Going to start building it back up again though.

Well went shopping and spent £63 , in my defence though a friend has recently had a baby and havent bought her anything for the baby yet. So bought her a little outfit. Tescos seemed expensive compared to Morrisons, wont be going back there again next week!! Oh and I bought some treats for our movie night, which need to come out the treat budget.

Dont think ive anything else to report tbh! Today I need to tidy the house cos its not had a good going over for a while.
Sausage, mash and veg for tea yum!!

Think thats all from me! Best get sorted for the day!! x

    Hi Mummytogirls

I love watching One Born Every Minute and yes it always makes me cry as well. I just love hearing a baby cry for the first time and seeing them having their first cuddle with Mum. It makes me so broody but DH is adamant there will be no more babies in our house :(

I think Mr T is expensive as well, they lure us in with their clubcard points and they've got a captive audience! Saying that though I got £2 of vouchers today, way back in the summer though I was getting £20 of vouchers each time. How my spending habits have changed :j
I need to catch up with surveys as well.

    Take care xx
  • Afternoon Diary!! Well the weekend is almost here, woohoo!! Damp rubbish weather here today.

Today will be a small spend day, took DD to playgroup this morning but such a bargain at £2! Yesterday was a NSD that are really adding up this month, this that was 5.
Tomorrow will be a spend day as weve promised DD's a movie and pizza/treats night, so will get a takeaway but the money is budgeted for from the treats budget. Weve got some choc and crisps in the cupboard downstairs.

Choogirl, oh no do you think thats it youve had your 2 now? I dont think il have anymore but il not completely discount it just yet. Although id like to be debt free before id ever consider another child but then DD would prob be about 8 and im not sure id like a gap like that! We will see anyway!!
Im the same with the Tesco points, I used to be getting in excess of £15, I reckon this time il get about £3 ha!!
I really like Morrisons and it seems the cheapest for the things I seem to buy. Asdas cheap but theres not one that near to me really.

So this afternoon the bathrooms need cleaning :(, really cant be bothered but DH's nan is coming round later so I need to do it before then!! Cleaned the whole house yesterday so a quick whip round with the hoover should suffice.

Erm think thats all from me really!! Have a lovely weekend all :D x

  • Morning diary, not much to report just popping in!

Cleaned the bathrooms yesterday and caught up with my ironing too! It was so nice this morning coming downstairs to a clean house. If I just quickly go round again tomorrow it should stay tidy well into next week.

Nothing much planned for the weekend, need to pop to the farmshop at some point for mine and DH's steak for valentine meal at home! Other than that not much at all. Will be nice to chill out a bit in our house than rushing here, there and everywhere.

Think thats all really! Happy Weekend :D

  • Morning diary, well what a lovely day yesterday turned into :T.
Nicest day of the year so far id say!! Kids had a little play out which was nice for them.
Had a lovely DVD evening with them.

Managed to get my jobs done yesterday.
Today I need to iron the uniforms, nip to the farmshop, quick tidy round this afternoon and then just the general get ready for work/school tomorrow.

Think thats all from me anyway!

    Happy Sunday :D
