Hi MTG
Sorry to hear you are not feeling good. Lets hope it passes soon.
Fab news on not going back to work till September. :beer:0 -
Evening Diary,
Thanks GAP and steph for popping in. Well thats the last Tuesday done now... not that I'm counting or anything.
Im feeling loads better today, dosed myself up last night and actually slept until about 4.15 which was better than the previous night! Hoping for a decent night again tonight.
The shopping came and the cupboards and fridge are now replenished! Im trying to run my freezer down before we go on holiday but its still jam packed!!
The weather is turning back round for the good again here so I've put a load of washing in to get pegged out tomorrow.
Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon Diary,
Just a really quick one to say I've made it!!! Now finished work until the 1st September! Hope everyone else counting down is feeling ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Good Afternoon,
Im back with a bit longer post today! So I'm still full of cold, plus with losing my voice Thursday night/Friday morning! I went out with work last night and tbh I probably shouldn't have gone because today I feel worse with the addition of a headache. Have been back to bed this morning and slept for 2 hours... that will be me not sleeping tonight now! Plus the TV in the living room is broken so that will be us hauled up in the bedroom then too! DH will ring Panasonic on Monday as we've only had the TV 18 months .
Anyway, I've made a list of the things I need to get next week for the holiday and theres not much I need really, most things can be bought from the supermarket so that will be Monday/Tuesdays jobs.
I cannot believe this time next week I will be in the sun.
Nothing really to report money wise except its payday on Tuesday :T. Then its DH payday the day we come back which is good.
Have a load of washing out today, its so windy here I'm worried it might blow off the line!!!

Morning Diary,
Well I didn't sleep too badly last night considering! DH has brought our TV from the bedroom downstairs so at least we can watch something in the living room!
This morning we were up at 8 and we've cracked on got the house looking ship shape. It was made easier that I did the bathrooms last night.
This morning my dad is coming over with some euros for the girls and then we've got DD2s swimming lesson.
Have got some pork and leek sausages out for tea which we will have with mash, veg and yorkshire puddings. Will probably get out for a walk this afternoon too since the weathers nice.
DF1D, hope this next 4 days flies by for you, I'm sure it will.
Happy Sunday everyone xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening Diary,
Thanks Alice!! Well I've done everything as planned today, just having a sit down whilst the kids play out before they come in for their baths.
Just been having a chat with DH about how we move forward with paying off the debt as we have been very slack this year. The way I feel at the minute I could quite happily carry on with paying the minimum and enjoying myself but we've both know this is not the right way to go! We are getting our holiday out the way and then we will sit down and sort out a plan of action from September.
Cant do it from August as we've uniforms etc to buy.
In all honesty this conversation has made me feel a bit miserable :rotfl:!!! We did so well getting from £23k to £15 but we had been dwindling for the past 3-4 years.
