    Evening Diary,

DH is out with his mates for one of their birthdays so just having a little catch up.
So this week has been soooo busy at work, I'm totally prepared to feel like this and work over as needed for the next week just to get through. Today the kids went to film club at school so this gave me until 5pm to get the house back ship shape again... but for how long will it look ship shape!!

So 6 more days to work, I know I keep saying it but I just can't get over how quickly this school year has flown by.

That tea was so nice GAP, you should try it xx

Likewise with this year.. I have 8 days left to do.. but it has flown by - usually this term is the worst of the lot for dragging by.

    Afternoon Diary,

Done my fair share of running around today so now I'm chilling with a glass of water , come dine and my laptop :rotfl:. DH is cooking!!

So I took my car to the garage last night as it was going back in for something checking out. They said I could take it today but it would need to be there for 8am... don't think so on a Saturday morning so took it last night instead :D. Got up at 7.40 this morning and just felt like a zombie so knew id made the right decision.

So DH took us out for tea last night after dropping the car off. Its a nice country pub with a play area so after we sat out whilst the kids played on the equipment, think we will probably make a thing of this over the summer if its nice :rotfl:!!!

Today went to pick the car back up, they couldn't find a problem with it which I thought they might say. Will keep an eye on it and take it back if needs be.

Since then we've been out for a walk and to the park which was nice. Also got a load of washing pegged out and will peg more out tomorrow.

DF1D, my weeks never ever drag at work, I just never seem to get everything done! 5 days for me to do, 7 for you :j.

GAP, hope you enjoy it if you do cook it.

So were having homemade chinese for tea. Everytime we have a chinese we buy an extra curry or OK sauce and freeze it. Weve got one of each and DH will rustle up some chicken curry, chips and fried rice.. well he will boil the rice and then I will finish off with the egg and soya sauce. He's also making a curry for tomorrow nights tea as we have a kids party until 4.30pm and this will stop us grabbing whatever on the way home!!!

Hope everyones having a lovely weekend xx

Just re-read last year to see what I was up and pretty much the same, living life at 100mph and house staying tidy for 5 seconds... standard run up to the holidays then

    Morning Diary,

Up early again this morning to the kids reporting that the dog had been sick all over the bathroom. The silly thing ate one of the kids plastic toys on Friday, I thought he had chewed it up but no he had swallowed some aswell. Luckily it was on the bathroom floor as its loads of easier to clean than the carpet .

Anyway I've put the dishwasher on for a clean and the washing machine on too. Its been raining heavily over night here, so I hope it brightens up soon.

I was awake in the night. Im feeling a bit paranoid about going on holiday at the mo with everything thats been going on and id been dreaming about it and woke up panicking. Feeling ok about it again this morning!!

So today DH will take DD to her swimming lesson and I will do some cleaning. Then DDs are at a party in the afternoon.

Nothing much more to report, happy Sunday all xx

You'll be fine on your holidays mummy, don't worry about it as you don't want the worry to spoil it.

Why do animals always want to throw up on carpet? That was lucky the dog chose the bathroom floor! I usually shut the cats in the hall (laminate) until I'm sure their food has gone down. It's a bit mean but it's better than finding a whole pile of sick down the back of the couch (must have been there about a week too! Yuk! The carpet was hard underneath). Ok I'm going to stop with the sick stories haha :D

    Evening Diary,

Hope I'm not going to make anyone sick by saying this but.... just worked my last Monday until 7th September :D:p!!!

Not felt so great today, started with a sore throat last night, followed by a blocked nose. Was up every hour in the night for a drink and to blow my nose! Felt like a zombie this morning and I just know I'm in for another bad night .

Haven't done much tonight except the necessary getting lunches ready as far as possible etc. Tomorrow I'm only at work until 1pm as I've got sports day for DD1 and then an awards ceremony for DD2. Feel like I've got loads done at work today but still loads more to do before Friday.

GAP, I think the dog always goes for the bathroom as if he's ever been wretching DH will get him into the bathroom (our living room is upstairs) so I think its almost trained him haha!!!

Ive done a Mr T's shop to be delivered tomorrow... £60 , needed toilet roll, bleach, dw powder and cereal so an expensive week really.

Thats about all for me, hope all ok xx

I'm sorry you're not feeling so good. At least you only have a few days to go until you are off. Hope you feel better soon ((((hugs)))) xx
