Afternoon Diary,
Just having 5 minutes with a cuppa after spending the whole morning cleaning the kitchen. I used one of those oven pride kits on my oven and its now gleaming! Cleaned all cupboard doors, pulled everything out, skirtings, doors etc. I started on the hallway too but had enough so il go over that again later. Ive also washed some of my living room cushions so thats 2 holiday jobs ticked off. Not bad for the last 2 weeks of the holidays :rotfl:.
Its a lovely day outside and I actually feel like I shouldn't be inside doing jobs but I've got my cleaning and sorting head on so need to do it whilst I'm in the mood!!!
Kids have opticians appts this afternoon so will get done what I can before taking them there and then it will be tea time by the time we get back.
DFOD, I know what you mean but then in the same sense I do feel like I've been off a long time! This is my 5th week now, I will have had 6.5 weeks by the time I go back. I am preparing myself now for going back as it will be here before we know it.
Just going to catch up with some surveys and then crack on.
Payday tomorrow  xxMummytogirls x0 -
Morning Diary,
Its payday :beer::j!!!
So I had to set my alarm clock this morning as Mr T's were coming with the shopping and didn't want them knocking me up :rotfl:. They came bang on 9am so glad I was up and dressed rather than sorting breakfast in my pjs and dressing gown!
Ive since hoovered round and cleaned the kitchen. Also pegged out even though the weathers looking a bit iffy at the mo! Its very overcast and grey but breezy so will make a mad dash if needs be.
Yesterday we spent £14 in Mr M's on uniform and £11 in the range on lunch boxes.
DDs have got some friends over for lunch today and the house is relatively quiet at the moment as they catch up!!! Im sure they will be down looking for lunch soon enough!
Just caught up on surveys: £17.40 on 0nepoll and 1875 on op world.
Thats about all from me, hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Evening Diary,
So today has been pretty spendy. Mr T's brought the shopping this morning £80 and then we've been up to the farmshop this afternoon for meat and eggs and spent £24 in there.
I made my chicken, bacon and leek dish for tea with roast potatoes and peas... was so delicious!
Tomorrow we have no plans, DDs swimming lesson place has fun swims in the afternoon so might just go up there. They're free as we get a fun swim when we book a holiday so essentially already paid for.
We are also taking the kids to the cinema tomorrow evening using meerkat movies, both me and DH have an account so will book them separately.
Ive caught up with some more surveys this afternoon and now up to 2075 with op world which is just fab!!
Oh the washing ended up getting soaked this afternoon... looks like I pushed my luck too far this time! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Well diary... today has not gone to plan! Just got to the swimming pool to find they had cancelled todays sessions as the pool was broken . Im a bit cross as such a waste of time but obviously can't be helped. Im more cross with the fact that I've had to drive back with DD2 screaming the whole way because "she wants to go swimming". I swear I could have throttled her! I didn't have my purse with me so couldn't even go anywhere else. She needs to learn and understand that it was out of my control. Sick to death of her focusing on what were not doing rather than the 20 other things weve done this holiday!
Other than that we've had a chilled out morning, I've removed a bag full of rubbish from DD2s bedroom so thats looking tidier now.

Thanks ladies, much better day today!
So its been quite spendy today. We had the shoe fitting appointment booked for today... q £80 spent . DD1 had a very similar pair last year and they stood the test of time so I've got them both these again this year... lets see if DD2 can destroy these like she does everything else :rotfl:. Thats everything sorted for school now. Ive got over 2000 points in op world to cash in towards these too.
We went out for a longish walk to visit MIL this afternoon, came back for tea and then went back out again with DH and the dog for another hour. Thought it would have tired the kids out but they're currently in bed talking! I on the other hand could climb into bed and fall asleep!!!
Thats about all from me really, can't believe its Friday again tomorrow xxMummytogirls x0 -
