    Evening Diary,

So my complaining to DH has finally paid off and he's mowed the lawn and is currently taking down the old slide which is fit only for the tip (before I get my new car that is!).

So I've been to collect my shopping from Mr A's, ended up knocking a few bits off so it came in at £50. I have just requested a refund as some yoghurts they sent me have a 2 day life on them!

Another £2 coin for me today, making that £28 :T.

Think thats about all from me. Really need to get the kids in and ready for bed. Just too tired at the minute, will probably be asleep for 9pm as per usual tonight!!!

    Hope all ok x

Don't worry about falling asleep on the sofa at 9.15, as soon as I put my feet up I'm off! I even started having a bath at 9 to keep me awake a bit longer! I've been the same since my kids were born and they're 28 and 30 now! So there's no hope really.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    Morning Diary,

Thanks all for popping in! Haha glad I'm not the only one falling asleep at the drop of a hat, think it was about 9.30 last night and thats only because I was looking on the internet for side tables until 9pm!
Im not up to £28 in £2's OF woohoo ha!

So yesterday we picked up the new car, its so lovely. Half an hour after we had been back a football went whizzing past it, the kids on the street have been told . Anyway it wasn't without drama... couldn't find my V5 doc for my old car. I have a special file where everything is separated into sections... it wasn't in with the car things. Pulled the whole file and other files to bits and the only thing I can think is I've shredded it by accident with an old policy . Anyway they've taken the car and I had to order a new one whilst I was there at the garage... £25 but not getting too annoyed as nothing I can do about that.

So we've found the only side table that we like for the living room but its £149 . Weve found a little independent furniture shop in the next town so going to have a look there today and then will make a decision on the other one. Only problem is the one we really like is in Manchester which is a good hour away from here so not ideal really.

Thats about all really, nothing to report! Its payday on Tuesday :j, can't wait for that day to come!!

    Hope all ok xx

    Morning Diary,

    Thanks DFB you too!!

So we went off into the next town yesterday and bought a new side table and lamp. This one was £20 more than the one in Manchester but we could have it there and then and it is sold in other shops at £250.

Today is just doing the usual Sunday things, already cleaned the bathrooms, managed to break the holder thing for the shower aswell! DH has hoovered so just need to clean the floors after tea tonight.

Just going to have a sausage sandwich for lunch and then take DD2 to her swimming lesson. They need paying for today too... £73.

Ive just pegged out a line of towels, thought id best do as the weather for next week looks horrendous here so won't be pegging out next week!

Thats about all from me. Hope all having a nice weekend xx

So the weather has been absolutely pants here yesterday and today, had to resort to using the airer again for the washing and we actually had the heating on this morning as its been cold... even snowed !!!!!!!!!!

So had Mr T deliver the shopping today as had a £10 off voucher.. came in at £62 which wasn't bad. Weve also been up to the farmshop and spent £25 up there too so fridge, freezer and cupboards bursting... for now .

Thats about all from me. Hope all ok x

    Evening Diary,

DH cleaning his bike so having a little catch up! He selling his beloved motorbike to buy a car, should only cost us about an extra £20 a month on petrol, tax and insurance pretty much the same as the motorbike.

Anyway, someone pleaaaasseee take my debit card off of me! Last night I spent £26 on the kids some clothes from H&M. Tonight I've been into Mr M's and spent another £40 . They are pretty much sorted for their holidays now and I know if I don't buy them now, next time I go in they won't be there. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it :rotfl:. Wouldn't mind only went in for 1 ingredient for a pie.

Been for my eyebrows waxing and I've made my appointments right up until I go on holiday so I know my appointments are secured!

Cant believe its Thursday again already tomorrow! Hope all ok x
