Afternoon All,
Thank you for your lovely comments, I am very pleased with where we have got to.
Nothing much to report! Had both girls off for 2 days as its been training days at their school. Had to draft in my mum and mil to have them as my school was open so had to work the mornings.
Had to cave in and dry some washing in the TD as the rain just hasnt stopped here and mount washmore was erupting :rotfl:.
Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Woohoo to being in the £12k!
We are all getting there
My girls have a day off on the 22nd for polling day in their school. Luckily I too have drafted in my mums help as I can afford to use a days holiday!

Morning OF you were up late on here last night!!! Its hard work being a working mum isnt it, although I feel like a massive fraud saying that now I get all the holidays off.. its just the training days that dont match up. Cant complain for max 4-5 days really when it was 12 weeks previously with 5 weeks holidays!!
So ive just come on here to verify my recent purchase with quidc0. Im hoping it wont take long but according to other people leaving reviews it can take months and months. Will only be putting it in the holiday fund... which years that will be ive no idea yet .
Nothing much more to report, going to have to cave and do some more washing today as its going to bucket down all day for the next week or something. Not much planned for today, but might need to take the kids out somewhere as they are fighting like cat and dog. Tomorrow we are out at a friends so thats nice and cheap.
Happy weekend everyone xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi mummy, welldone at getting into the 12s, amazing progress.
Hope you have a good weekend.x.0 -
Morning Diary,
Wow the weeks are really flying by arent they!
Think were going to buy a tent today! They are so reasonable in price and because we cant decide what we are doing for our holiday this year at least this will give us an option. We do have some things but not the main things you need. Probably going to spend about £350 which isnt too bad and weve got the money saved up.
In other news my car did not let me down earlier in the week with the dreaded MOT. £50 which means it has flown through 3 years running, really cant complain. I have to thank super scrimpers programme though for showing me easy things to check beforehand! I could shake myself for the amount of times I rolled up at the garage expecting it to fly through without even thinking about checking anything. You live and learn I suppose.
Nothing much else to report really. 1 week to work before a week and half off, then its full steam ahead to the 6 weeks holidays
. I will have then done a full year in school... totally unbelievable!!
Hope everyones ok and enjoying the sunny weather xxMummytogirls x0 -
Well done, great work!
Do you have a G* Outdoors near you as if you get their discount card it may save you loads on your tent, it will be great to have that for plenty of camping trips x
What's the programme you use for your car checks?

Evening Diary,
Just popping on for a quick catch up before I make bolognaise for tea, especially looking forward to the tear and share bread!!!
Chrysalis, thats where went and yes we got a card! MIL has loads of bits shes going to lend us until we build up our supplies. Its channel 4 superscimpers, you might be able to google it. They offer loads of good tips for cars.
Well nothing to report really. Its been threatening to rain all week and that left me with mount washmore erupting!!! (Think Alice calls it this
). Q 4 wash loads to do yesterday, got them dried, ironed and back away. The washing basket was completely empty for about 2 minutes when DH and kids came home.
We break up tomorrow :T, I dont go back until Thursday 5th June but my kids go back on the Monday so will have a nice few days without them haha!!!! Payday Tuesday.... Amen to that!
Weather back to being pants today . Just off to update my signature xMummytogirls x0 -
