    Afternoon diary,

Just popping in for a catch up. Really dont seem to get time to come on here much! Think its because I come home and clean etc. Then its time to pick kids up and they take up my time to bedtime at which point im shattered!!!

Soo DH's 0% card came in the post. Hes just left with £2000 on Bcard but hopefully we can get this split between mine and his 0% cards in no time. Ive set up mine with £120 direct debit and il be doing the same with his aswell once the details arrive in the post. My first thought was to throw all the money at his Bcard but it will be quicker throwing it at the 0%'s and then transferred his balance over.

So weve started thinking about DD1's 7th birthday. Cant believe shes going to be 7!!! Shes wants an xbox so thats what shes getting but no big party this year. I feel bad but she was given the choice of smaller presents and party or this and this was entirely her choice.

The weather is really bad here today, rain and fog! I put the heating on for an hour, mainly for the clothes to dry earlier on. Think we can carry on without for a bit yet. Its just getting the clothes dry! Do you use the TD or switch the heating on for an hour and heat the house aswell, its going to cost either way!!

Nothing else really to report! Hope everyones ok xx

    Hi Mummy,

I totally understand with working and looking after kids. It is so tiring isn't it?

I use my TD for two loads on a weekend, Im not sure how much it adds to my bill but it reduces my ironing pile so its worth it for me.

    Evening Diary,

Just having a rare night time catch up on here! DH has asked if im watching anything as hes got something he wants to watch so I thought id pop on!

Nothing too exciting has happened since yesterday! The weather is still rubbish and today I used the TD to dry our bedding and kept the radiators.

Livvy I never manage to get to the stuff in time so it ends up getting ironed anyway! My dryer is in the garage.

So what to report... went to work this morning (I think im always more interested in getting home mind ha!) then met an ex colleague in the village for lunch.
Didnt get home until 1.45 and then I spent the next hour sorting the bottom of my wardrobe and the study out. I was thinking of selling this playmobile thing the kids had but ive changed my mind now as they might play with it more over winter. So ive packaged it all back up as im sick of it getting thrown round the bedroom and they can have it out when they ask for it! Im also thinking it will do for my nephew (hes not due until Feb by the way :rotfl:!!!)
Next on my sorting hit list are the kids bedroom  and the sideboard drawers in the living room which are full to the brim of junk and kids toys. Might do them next week!!!

DD1 needs a coat as hers just seems to be soaking the rain up! Seen a few in Mr A's for £12 so might pop there tomorrow or over the weekend.

Think thats all from me I think! Hope everyones ok xx

Forgot to say I did my meter readings other day. Now £128 in credit but once weve used this months it will be around £50 in credit. Were still without heating (except yesterday when I used it to dry clothes) so fingers crossed we can keep it off as long as possible. Surpassed my target of 1st October :D xx

I think its the time of year for sorting things out isn't it? I managed to fill three bags of DD's stuff for charity, she was a bit upset when she saw the charity man loading her little pink beannie chair into his van...ooops! Ive promised her a bigger one but she will have forgotten by now.

I like your forward planning with the play mobile ha ha...upstairs for thinking :D

Awww thanks Laura, feels good to enjoy work for a change!

Livvy, your dd reminded me of mine crying!!!

Soooo where has the weekend gone?! Today I ended up sorting the sideboard and kids bedroom earlier than expected. Took me flipping ages and threw away 2 bags full!! I also gave away the kids dolls house to my childminder friend as the kids have never really bothered with it!
Then we had a lovely dog wall, fed horses etc and then came back for a roast.

All uniforms etc ready for tomorrow! 3 weeks til half term, loving these holidays already!!!

    Hope everyone's ok xx

Sorted the hoovering so just need to catch up on my ironing now.
Also went and put £10 petrol in the car to tide me over until next Tuesday when I get paid again.

    Evening Diary,

Hi Livvy and thanks for popping in! Yay to payday!!!
Payday has been so long coming but thankfully its here! Got £80 more than expected due to tax refund in my wage. This obviously wont happen every month and can go towards my living room decoration I keep threatening!!

So ive been and done the shopping and the cupboards are now brimming again. Spent £87 in Mr Ms which isnt bad. Need to pop to the butchers for meat tomorrow.

Had a lovely weekend, went to Blackpool to see the illuminations. The weather was pants at home but dry over there which is the best were going to get at the moment isnt it!

Nothing else to report really! Still not using the heating, weve had it on the odd hour here and there but nothing more than that. Down side is im having to use the TD for the washing.

    Hope everyones ok xx
