Gosh your doing well on the NSD, think i might start counting them as well, will start next month.0
-
Hi Pennywise, I think im getting to the point where im having a little competition with myself to get more NSD than the previous month!!
Ive started buying 3 loaves of bread a week from the supermarket and freezing 2. This stops me popping into the shops and spending £10. In Morrisons at the mo they have nice wholemeal bread for 50p a loaf !! Its really nice aswell and really not much difference from the Warburtons £1.30 loaf I used to buy!
Right well today ive jiggled around my budget spreadsheets and snowballed further. Apparently if I stick to it I could be debt free Dec 13 instead of 14!! This seems like such a long time away but do-able with treats and what not if I stick to it.
If we dont have treats I will just go off track so this is defo the best way forward for us. Roll on January I say!!! x xMummytogirls x0 -
I'm counting down to 1st of jan, blinking christmas is holding things up.
Actually feel like i'm turning into scrooge.0 -
Haha pennywise, I know the feeling!!
Morning diary, NSD11 today hopefully!! My petrol light did come on momentarily this morning but I think that was the way DH had parked it on the hill this morning! So im going to push my luck until tomorrow and then put £5 in it to last me til Friday :rotfl:!!!
I ordered DD's some DVDs for Christmas using my Amazon vouchers yesterday and I still have £5.02 remaining which il just leave in the Amazon account until I get another voucher. Opted for free delivery too so these are little stocking fillers for my little beauties which cost all of nothing!
Il get them some chocolate and maybe some little crafty stuff and leave it at that.
Think thats all from me anyway x x xMummytogirls x0 -

Morning mummy and penny
been a bit absent form the forums of late but catching up now. sprained my ankle saturday and getting up the stairs to the pc was just TOO much effort....very familiar with daytime tv now though!
fortunately had done an online food order the day before so haven't needed to go shopping. why is when the little man delivers you seem to get so much more for your money that when you fill the trolley yourself? tempted to never set foot in a supermarket again (well at least not this side of xmas!)
your doing well bringing your snowball dates down-i'm waiting for my credit card bill so i can get a proper snowballing date..aggghhh:rotfl:Credit Card debt £10247.17 1/1/20200 -
Hi pink, i always end up with so much rubbish wneh i do my shop instore, hope the ankles better for christmas.
Hi mummy hope your days going well.0 -
I think thats the thing Penny, when i do it online i review the order before it's final and go ...actually....i dont REALLY need that AND that.
but in the store i'm too lazy to put stuff back if i change my mind or i forget i've already put something similar under the crisps.
plus it's all so muhc more tempting when its right there...lol:rotfl:Credit Card debt £10247.17 1/1/20200
