Evening Diary,

Why or why cant I have a NSD at the moment! Today was going so well until I ended up popping to the shop after school for ice cream for after tea! It was only £1.50 but a spend day all the same. Tomorrow maybe...

Today has been totally glorious here . Hung my washing out and went to work in a floaty, summery dress and sandals.

2 and a bit days until payday :j.

Just working but applied for 2 jobs on Reed :T.

HM chicken goujons, HM wedges and salad for tea which was delicious. Tomorrow is sausage, mash and veg.

Right need to finish working and then get a shower before it all starts again! Also need to put darks wash in to peg out tomorrow.

Afternoon Diary,

Nope its not happened again, no NSD for me! Well ive not spent yet but I will be doing on my way to meet DH. We have very little cereal and will need more milk before Friday so im going to pop in at MrS local and buy these things.

Totally loving the weather, think I may have said that yesterday aswell!!

Darks are out and will be dry now. Another wash load sorted out for tomorrow too.

1.5 days until payday :T.

Morning diary,

No NSD day here again :mad:. Needed £10 petrol and some juice today! I should have just taken the money from the joint account and done a shop on Monday instead of this in dribs and drabs.

Tomorrow will be a spend day too as its payday yippee :j!! Will be doing the big shop at Mr M's and getting petrol with my 12p off a litre. Also need to go to the farmshop for meat as we are having a BBQ on Saturday.

Morning Diary,

Best day of the month... payday yay :j!

Been up early this morning as DD announced she would like sandwiches today (I expected her to have dinners which are already paid in advance!) and we had no bread in. So off I went at 6.40am to get bread from Mr T's express!! Also bought some proper butter and had delicious toast with butter for breakfast yum!

Nothing too exciting to report yet. Expecting a very HSD today, hopefully NSD's for the weekend then.

Still loving the weather and since we were up early ive got our bedding washing and pegged out. Im considering putting another load of washing in now and pegging it out after work. It would have a good 3.5 hours to dry, might chance it!

Havent really bothered with surveys recently, just havent found the time and I dont really wanted to see infront of the laptop all night long. Busy day at work and im meeting some friends for lunch too, probably subway so relatively cheap.

Afternoon diary,

3 days since ive been on here wow!! Had such a fab weekend but boy have we spent some money!!
I got paid on Friday and ive already spent half my grocery budget for the month :cool:. £115 in Mr M's, £20 in the local farmshop and then bits and bobs here and there. We had a BBQ so a lot of the expense was for that. This now leaves me £30 a week for the next 3 weeks which is doable.

DH bought his bike yesterday! He saw one in Leeds so not too far away but it was more than he had saved so hes wiped out our savings too :eek:. The emergency fund is now £0 so need to update my signature. Hes got it now so thats that. He knew the consequences of taking all the money so if anything happens now im blaming him :rotfl:. It is nice though and he deserves it after selling the previous one.

Ive got loads of washing line dried with the weather being like this, thats all im really bothered about!!

Did the meter readings this morning and weve used £32 in both in 2 weeks which is good. Going into the next month with only £2 credit. Hope this starts to build up a bit now.

This thats all from me anyway! Seriously need to get back into the job hunting and surveys after the weekend off!! Catch up soon xx

Hi mummy sounds as though you have had a busy weekend, glad your OH has managed to find a bike he likes, scary that all your savings have gone though.

I'm sure you will manage on £30 a week for groceries, i've been making potato, pasta and rice salads as it seems to eek everything else out a bit, also HM bread is lovely to serve with cold meats and salad.

Hope your enjoying the sunshine and isn'r it nice looking out at the washing blowing on the line.

Evening Diary,

Just popping in for a quick catch up. Nothing too exciting to report really!
NSD7 today, tomorrow should be NSD8 as im working away for work so all expenses will be reclaimed.

Had quite a productive evening so far. Washed the kids bedding this morning and got that line dried. So after work I made their beds back up and tidied their bedrooms. Then tidied the understair cupboard out and put all the wellies etc into the garage.
Tea was a cooked breakfast so nice and easy! The kitchen is now sparkling again and im about to a bit of work and apply for a few jobs ive saved on Reed.

Ive got a load of washing for DH to put out in the morning for me. Il be setting off early so probably wont get the time to peg out.
Oh and I did my ironing this morning!!

Sounds like you have had a busy and organised day Glad to here DH got his new bike He deserves it and I hope nothing goes wrong before you have a chance to up the savings.

Hi Mummy, thank you for popping in. I hope we can get these savings back up pronto too! I too think DH deserves it.

Well today has been a long old day. I never sleep properly when ive got to be first up anyway. My day started at 5.15 :eek:. 1 bus, 4 trains, 2 tubes and a taxi later I am home. Not feeling too bad, it will probably be tomorrow it will hit me and I will shattered for about a week!

NSD8 today woohoo!! Will put my expenses claim in tomorrow.

Just put the kids to bed and DH has gone out to the gym so having a little catch up. Nothing else money wise to report except its DH's payday tomorrow :T xx

Just popping in for a quick catch up before tea.

Ive got my NSD's wrong! Im actually on NSD10 today :T. Will aim for 11 next month!

DH's payday today so the joint account looking lovely.

MOT day for the car tomorrow.... gulp! Please pass with flying colours!!! Who am I kidding, never had a car thats done that! Even the brand new ones that are just 3 years old!

Jackets, cheese and beans for tea. Nice and cheap.

Weather has turned totally pants today, raining on and off all day. DD1 has a jubilee picnic at school tomorrow, really hope it goes ahead, shes really looking forward to it bless her. Im now wondering what to put her in as it was a blue shorts jumpsuit and red, white and blue shoes. If its raining she cant go in that outfit!

Right think thats enough from me for now. Last day at work for 11 days tomorrow :j. Lots of free activities planned for next week :T.
