    Morning all,

Can you beleive yesterday I was told off, sorry advised, by a manager at work that I was on here too often. I felt like saying if you think that's often you should see some of the other posters, lol.
Got to keep a low profine so will nip back at lunch.

Anyway, caught up with last nights posts,

uptoyou - welcome, great idea but are you keeping it to bikes or including car parts etc ? if so the link on the first page for localbargainfinder on ebay, when I use it there's always car parts available for pennies.
jmrance1 - well done on the appeal
ticklepenny - you sound as if your going about things the right way getting domain, ebay name , etc all set up, a strong building has solid foundations.
Saucy - loving the new blog - had a sneak peek via twitter ;-)
jo - we all sometimes feel as though we have too many ideas to put one into practice but you will have you're eureka moment soon.
nixi - if you have a problem opening word docs excel spreadsheets etc on your laptop, you can use a free alternative - google docs. www.docs.google.com it's a very basic package but as well as giving you a free word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools, it does allow you to open microsoft office docs (word, excel, powerpoint)
wayne - much better site. It's great to see it coming along.
Anyone I've missed apologies but must dash as can't afford to lose this job.

Thank you so much for that, I had no idea will go and have a nose!!

Munchki - that didn't sound as positive about the job as I wanted to hear - hope that at least is going well!

Jo - I used to work for a nationwide fostering agency doing the pr/marketing recruiting foster carers, :T for having been a foster carer, a much needed and worthwhile role that too many people did for the money alone as it can be profitable. We had one family with up to 5 placements - they kept extending there home to be able to have more and were getting up to £2000 a week for it! Don't get me wrong they worked for it, both parents were fulltime foster carers - they were good and as much as I think money was their motivation the kids benefitted from thing like the villa in Spain etc! But the stories I heard, I don't think I could do it! Hats off to you!

Nixi please don't give me credit for having been a foster parent. I have only considered it not done it. sorry if I worded it badly.
Absolutely hats off to anyone who has or is doing it but not me I am afraid.

Talking about fostering; I've always wanted to do it but we couldn't consider it because of OH's habit. Maybe now we could :) not now, but later on...

If anyone wants to know anything about fostering I can remember quite a lot, some may be a little out of date and it was for an agency not local authority (but that normally pays more and gets more support from my understanding!) so if anyone wants to know a bit more just ask!
