thanks for the advice and tips. I somehow i can get it off the ground im going to try and drive people into my shop and offer a 10%discount for the people on benifits (provided id and dwp letter are presented). I want to make this work and just dont know how to put my market research (i did this last week stopping and asking people around the area some questions and got them to fill them in).
I presume this is retail shop, not online wholesale????sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
Paula its fantastic to see your idea just coming to life before our eyes.
woohoo. just a few weeks ago you believed you were a failure on this challenge.
Think its something to remember when we get in our down or stuck moments that things come back up again or get unstuck. You've definitely been inspiring me today and having seen how things have moved forward for you and reflecting on that I am feeling more cheerful and hopeful now. So thanks.

I'm sure you will find what you need too, and I'm glad you're feeling more hopeful, if you need feedback on ideas there seem to be plenty of good thinkers on here. Have fun with your Sulkies, Paula! Maybe you could treat us to some more pics once you've got a few more? In fact, never mind that, get them uploaded to Folksy/Misi/eBay wherever!!! Btw I personally think your price range is spot on.
Good to hear you have the support of your OH, uptoyou, welcome to the challenge!
I have a total of 14 watchers on my coats now, I'm soooo hoping that it'll turn into a nice last minute battle! Of course, I do need someone to actually bid :rotfl:
Still on the subject of books, OH and I took a trip to Dublin last year and I insisted we go to the the Trinity College Library where the Book of Kells is kept. The library... oh my word, my OH said he's never seen me so lost for words and simmering with excitement all in the one goHe knew I was itching to touch the books (which you can't do) and swore I was sniffing the air :rotfl:
