Blue cow... I always open a NPB on the fourth day... I think that is plenty on time... heres how I work it....

invoice on auction win
two / three days later I send a payment reminder stating that if they do not pay within 24 hours then I will have to open NPB
day 4 if stil no payment then NPB

I don't have the time or the patience to be chasing them.... tough if they get a strick cos they didn;'t pay but I look at it as a business (even my private stuff). I list on ebay to make money not to hand hold people who can;t be bothered.

I did one the other day, buyer was actually away and apologised profusely (SP?) and begged me not to give her a neg! Not that I can anyway.... I always leave good feedback when they pay.....
