Morning all :) Big hugs jo, hope you got some rest! and hope everyone's a bit better today.
2cats that's great, she'll have a fab time - my sister (cello) and my brother (tuba) used to go all over the place, I was rubbish and hated practicing so I didn't lol!
Moneymabel, wow, it must have been a slow week? My only item finishing yesterday didn't sell either but I'm starting to think it never will...
Hope everyone else is OK. I've had an unbroken night's sleep for the first time in what seems like a month and I'm determined to get on so think I'll make myself a commitment list (and stick to it!) as have gone completely off-track recently!

Hales can you please add the following for me, thanks, and I feel like I should apologise for the last lot!

-swap gas and electric, making the biggest saving and cashback possible
    -do a CV
-print off CV and send with a letter to at least two places I'd like to work for
-finish all ordered Sulkies and do two more (keyring minis)
    -do one photo album
    -put Ebay stuff on Turbolister
-read and revise for driving theory test!

Oh, and yesterday I had a call from the nursery where DD1 and 2 have been going temporarily while I do my volunteer course - they have gone into liquidation!!! So that's my course finished with, then...feel really bad for the nursery though!
I resolve to be more helpful and less gossipy/whingy on here, too.. So there lol.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Morning, morning all hope that you are having a happy monday and not a crappy Monday. As for me OH issues pretty much resolved, while we aren't bosum buddies at the moment I no longer have the urge to kill him.

I completed the exam!!! So, fingers crossed I know that I passed the theoretical part - but I am waiting fo find out about the pratical so we shall see. Other that it is gonna be a blogging Monday for me, I have quite a few posts to set up so I am going to put on my headset and get some tunes on while I type away.

It has been a pretty chilled start considering it is Monday, the anti-smoking drive is still going reasonably well. I am happy that I am still managingt to stay away from the evil weed :)

Just a bit of SEO work to do and that is pretty much all folks!

Paulabear please don't be different. i don't think you're gossipy or whingey and you're always helpful.
Is there anywhere else that can take the children while you do the course or a nice childminder, or a friend you can swap childcare with?

I stopped a year past Jan
How are you doing it are you using nicotine replacement
I would highly recommend you buy 'stop smoking the easy way 'by Allen Carr, thats how I stopped a 30 aday 30year habit with very little effort and no nicotine replacement
Its on Amazon look at the reviews and I am living proof it works cos I enjoyed my cigs I gave up for my DD
I had to read the book twicw but halfway through 2nd reading I just didnt want to smoke anymore, the whole stopping thing was virtually painless and stress free
even had a few crisis to deal with and stayed firm
My OH couldnt belive it and tried to give up with gum, became addicted to the gum lost 3 fillings and started smoking agin after 2 months
He says Ive an iron will but honest I havent I swear it was the book
    Good luck with the stopping
