  • Evenstar, some people do message just to try their luck, and I think she was. I agree that working out your prices and selling them for their actual worth would be good...people might be put off buying them because they think they are too cheap? If they are buying handmade, they know it is going to cost, and don't mind. Give it a try!

I've sat myself near the window to try and wake myself up...there are some real weird looking people walking past today!

I think 20 dollars including postage was extremely cheap and she should have been biting your hand off-therefore I think she was just a timewaster. I would def put your prices up across the board.

Have decided to put all the stuff that didnt sell back on ebay as just buy it now (instead of buy it now or auction) and let it run for the maximum time. Might as well be on there if its sitting in the bedroom!

Site is fixed where I arsed up the homepage so another blog to write next week, apart from that just trying to comeup with a few more designs for black rose. OH is going to london again tonight so will be bored until Saturday!
  • Ive just been ironing and sorting another kids bundle but camera batteries gone dead so waiting for it to charge
I was wondering while i was ironing amI the only one who gets sentimental about clothes
Its like music and smells they bring back memories
My DDs are 21,17 and 10 now and I was getting all nostalgic ironing a pile of age 7 clothes lol:o
Good job Ive got little granddaughter to keep me in the kiddie zone,I think I would miss no little ones although I love having a bit more free time
  • I think I may have just accidently paid for some eBay stuff twice :( Stupid Laptop!! Do you think Paypal will be horrible and take it twice or know it was just a puta glitch thing? (Paid through Paypal but finded from bank account as have no money left in Paypal.) I don't know what happened but i'm not happy!

On the plus side, made 2 bracelets and matching earrings :) Just waiting for the clasps to arrive for the bracelets, I kinda want to keep them all, well the bracelets anyway, I love them! This Jewellery making malarky is actually kinda fun.. when the extra fiddly bits aren't annoying me anyway!

I've got heaps done today so I'm feeling pretty darned pleased with myself (first for everything lol) and there's still aaaaaaages to go til bedtime so plenty more things can be done. This is mostly because I'm so tired that I will fall asleep if I sit down for too long, just trying to keep myself awake really :o

    Hope Your All Well.
  • where are you selling your jewellery yummy
i wouldnt mind seeing it.........sounds lovely
  • I don't think paypal will let you pay twice, but they might move the money from your bank account into paypal twice, if that makes sense?

Do we get to see piccies of your jewellery? I'm finishing notebooks. Got so many done now...I'm excited :)

  • Hehe, down Mabel!

Afternoon all ~ what a dreary windy and rainy day it is here today, so I've been tucked up on the sofa enjoying my hooking and keeping an eye on you lot of dribblers!

I may have run into a bit of an issue today, as I suddenly realised that I have to make sure that the patterns I've been using have permission to sell, and there are one or two who don't say, so I'm going to have to look into this a bit. In the meantime, I've uploaded Lottie Lamb to my Flickr, so honest opinions only please! This particular one was allocated to my mum for mothers day, and it's one of the items I'm not sure if I can sell unforunately, but I'll work on that.
