Pease pudding hot, pease pudding cold,
Pease pudding in the pot - nine days old.
Some like it hot, some like it cold,
Some like it in the pot - nine days old.

I have tried cooking these in the slow cooker before but I think I have cooked them for too long, about 8 hours on low.
Can someone please tell me what they cook it on if only cooking for 4 hours, high or low?
Ta.
Can anyone answer this??? I'd like to know too. Don't seem to have any luck with my slow cooker but will not give up. Would love to try what's been suggested with this joint. My S.C has low, high and auto.

Last time I did one it was in for about 5 hours on high, came out perfect. If it is a "formed" one make sure you keep the inner plastic casing on and leave to cool before carving to prevent it falling apart.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
