hi all just a quick post to say hi-loving all the lovely smileys their really cute. I seem to be out of step with everyone on here at the mo i seem to post when nobody is about. Will try and find the time to look in later on. Maybe when everybody has been fed and watered lol

Am lurking around - while answering emails from friends! Multi-tasking at its best.

Have just had a run-in with a neighbour about a fence (my responsibility, unfortunately!). She was complaining that it had got rickety and that neither nor her partner "dare touch it"! Don't know what they thought I was going to do - irritating, because her other half is quite capable of fixing it (he purports to be a handyman!).

Anyway, I found a very nice young man, who had put a flyer through my door weeks ago which I hoarded. He is going to put new posts in for me, which will be cheaper than replacing the fence. It is still going to cost £80, though! Now I want to move (to somewhere rented where someone else looks after the maintenance!) moe than ever!

End of rant - I seem to be ranting a lot these days!

Hi all, just back from work. Oh that is mean of them. I hope it hasn't ruined your day.

I have been very busy today. I covered for a colleague on my day off but am tired now. Still it is fab to have escaped!

A new person has been appointed in my department and my bully is reducing her hours. Hooooorray. I hope things get better for me!
