You have mentioned in the past that you are diabetic so I am a little concerned about your diet this evening.

How did we get from a stir fry with lots of lovely veggies to satsumas for supper????

You need to take better care of yourself so that you can be here to support Ann and everyone else.

    Rant over!

I forgot to inject long acting insulin over two days so blood sugars are too high to eat. Just cannot be bothered sometimes.

Don't other people get like this? It is part of having depression. I am pleased i have eaten something.

Is my joke racist? Shall i delete it Maty Moo? i think it is . I dont want to offend anyone.

    Your joke is fine!

You need to set alarms to make sure you take your insulin - can you do that on your phone maybe?

And you need to make sure you have some quick and easy food (heat and eat type) for when you can't be bothered as it is very important that you eat at regular intervals to keep blood sugar levels as even as possible.

My Mum was diabetic and my OH is so I have a bit of experience of it. I also know that when their blood sugars are all over the place so are their moods - and that can't help depression either!

Sorry if I am giving you a hard time but you must take care ;)

And every time Niddy mentions the mods I have a vision of mods and rockers from the 60;s - showing my age now :rotfl:
