Nooo not dense at all, there are loads of TLA's around (three letter acronyms) and CAP is not a baddie like Crappy1 - they are actually really good, but as of today are not much use to you (they would have been 3 months ago maybe)

Enjoy the sun, (i've only got 5 hours left of work boohoo!) - make the most of it while you can! Have plenty to drink as well, don't worry about dehydration, you'll be fine with another bottle hic....
