So you are winning then? I hope so. Am a bit thick at this football malarkey but i think Ann, Jinny, Beanie lou and everyone is too. So i dont feel too bad.

    Good, Thanks, Weather is glorious.

    Hiya

Have you got confirmation that your BT's have been successful and have you cashed the cheque yet? You are staying on top of things right? lol - i'm bogged down with queries so cannot be around to remind you of everything but at this stage I thought you'd simply BT's some cards and paid a £5k cheque to yourself - have you completed all this and can you confirm they all went through?

Nothing much will happen until you miss a couple of payments, it is too soon right now. :D

    Hi Niddy

Only just seen your post - been enjoying the sun, BBQ and a few glasses of wine.

Yep I did all this but I did the balance transfers last Friday but they're not showing yet on any of the credit card accounts. Paid a cheque to myself but that's not showing on the bank account either!! Like I said, I'm being impatient!!

    Hi everyone,

My friend left about an hour ago. I had a brilliant time and it's now back to reality!

Have been busy scanning in some documents in readiness for Niddy;s return to the fold, so am awaiting his advice! I am not hounding him - he did suggest that I did this!

Hope everyone is well - I see the dreaded football topic has arisen once more! Is this in preparation for the World Cup?

Looking forward to catching up with all the news, etc.

By the way, just thought i'd mention it would be a good idea to keep an eye on Pebbles posts as she is actually fighting a CCJ (with the help of 10past6) - so you'll get to see how we deal with such instances, when the bully boys try their luck.

Just thought maybe some of you guys would be interested to see how a person changes when court papers arrive..... in fact mojoparrot is also going through the same, over on my thread! Here: & Here: - those are the main parts for now.... you can follow progress using those links.

But we'll get there, slowly but surely - right?

    Thanks for this Niddy.

Just as well we know what to expect!

My only small question is regarding the time frame.

I may be going away for 2-3 weeks in the summer (house sitting!) and I was wondering what happens if court papers arrive when I am not there. Are they able to do anything in my absence? I know this is a very premature panic - at least I hope it is - but it as well that I am prepared for this eventuality, don't you think?

Your friends have kept it short and sweet when you were absent - they will be back shortly I'm sure
