Hi everyone. I was out all day yesterday, just logged in again and what do I find? About ten pages to read!!!!!!! Won't dare to go away on holiday at this rate. Poor Mouseann when she gets back on, think she'd better set her alarm for the middle of the night while her friend is with her or she'll never catch up again.

Pixie is not a happy pixie. I've spent half the afternoon on the phone to various people/organisations on 0845 numbers which cost me 10p a minute as I'm not with BT. I'm due a fairly large tax refund and have been told that the approximate date for this to be dealt with is 16th July :mad:

I was being taxed on the wrong code and have been chasing this since January. Would they let yopu leave it so long if it was the other way round? Would they heck!!! I really need this money to help pay for bills.

Rant over. I've got a splitting headache so might need to go and have a lie down.

I've just had a rant on Geezers and Gals page......Post Office.....I sent a recorded letter, first class on the 12th May.....still not delivered. Only going 20 miles away, I could have walked.. and it cose me £1.15

I opened a new basic bank account a couple of weeks ago. I tried to log on to internet banking last night, it said my personal info was wrong. Tried again this morning, same thing until it actually deregistered me. I've logged on successfully several times before so rang customer services. 0845 number of course... went through log on procedure with the customer services agent several times, said she could see nothing wrong, all info was as I'd given when I registered. She re-registered me and told me to wait until this afternoon to try again, which I did. Same bl**dy message!! Phoned Customer Service again (another 0845 call), went through everything again, then I was told that my 'memorable name' was too short!! Why on earth didn't they tell me that a) when I registered for internet banking, b) when I phoned them this morning? :mad:

I think they will be getting a letter when I receive my phone bill!!!
