    hi i havnt read all your thread but i saw in post one you wouldnt be able to afford the HIP if you tried to sell your house
    i was just wondering if this was still the case-i dont know what your situ is at the mo but this might help! x

    Yes Bubbles - the new Government has suspended HIPs as they have not worked - so that should help out a lot of people putting their houses on the market from now on :j :j

    Loved the sixties bit on here - bought back a few memories, I was there and remember walking down the street with flowers ion my hair, in the seaside town in Cornwall where I lived!!
