Frightened about my future

You will never cross this bridge - don't worry. I don't take people "under my wing" as such (usually), so they can get visits etc but you're pretty much safe being I spend half my time on your thread! Not likely i'll miss anything, even less likely you won't tell me if a letter or person arrives! You do need to read that thread at some point, just the first page or two - so you know the laws, just in case an erroneous DCA does knock at the door. Just remember a DCA have NO powers of entry, a Baliff however does, if you open the door to them and they step inside so bear that in mind. i.e. a baliff needs to be appointed by a court, no court can do this with you as you're protected under s.127 CCA (read my signature)...
Make sense?
Bless you, Nid.
I feel exceptionally privileged to be "taken under your wing".
And you are right - I will keep reporting every single peice of paper I receive.
So, basically, I will only see a bailiff if I am taken to court and then fail to make any payments ordered? Which would be a pretty daft thing to do - not make the payments, I mean.
And I am sooo glad that you are spending all this time on this thread. And even joining in the "girlie" banter ....."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
See you later everyone.....got some Family History to research for the next couple of hours...

Thanks SW.
Wasn't doing anything exciting.
Reading the newspaper trying to make sense of the political situation. Then I fell sound asleep!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
I am still waiting to hear from JC and marking too. She usually replies a couple of times a day. I was worried that she didn't yesterday.
It is bright outside now.

BLT has just posted on her thread. I thought it was JC.
He is nice now. He isn't a troll. She always listens to him. I do too. He actually has a brain and is quite analytical.
I hope she is ok.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Are we on about the same BLT or blt? I think you may see one side to him (BLT) - i've seen the other whereby he classifies people like us as "theives" or "spongers"2010 - year of the troll

Same one. Look at her thread. He has spoken about the parallels in their situation. He has been really good. He is doing his thing now.
I was convinced he was a troll. I think he gets bored sometimes. He has been fantastic on her thread. Check it out: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2401341
I vote he should be in our Cabinet somewhere. Kind of a forward thinking Mandelson Planner chap who can occasionally go off the deepend.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

So, another one! Not really surprised - those sort of people feed off each other.
